I find that to be satisfied with myself I must be acting, I must be moving, I must be directing myself.
When I am not directing myself = I am thus being directed by my mind, which is in fact all the pre-programming that took place when I was a baby, a toddler, a child -- and a lot of it actually does not serve my best interests, it does not reflect my potential!
So, if I am not directing myself, my past is directing me, and therefore the past repeats itself, history repeats itself -- and that is how the world remains in the same state and condition = because virtually no one is directing themselves to become what is best for themselves and everyone else.
