Check if you still got enough money in the construction fund. If that doesn't help, you will need to haul the cells yourself to the construction site with a trader.

You make graphene with methane and energy cells with the graphene production module. If you have miner to bring the methane and solar panel (or transporter to bring energy cells), you don't need any funds. You don't need money to 'buy' from your own ships. If you want to directly buy the graphene, you need funds to buy it from other factions. But not if your own transporter bring it.

ususally without mods or anything. I like the slow progress and that it simulates everything

@@CaptainCollins thats fair, i use mods just to make the game better but i dont use cheats because game gets boring fast
