rip, try sitting right next to the router and finding the perfect server. otherwise. getting 20 ping actually only costs about 100 bucks depending on your internet provider because u can buy something, i dont know what its called but id guess something like "internet transmitter"
They used to be in the game and you got them iff you got a skin from a case but you already had that skin tier 6 gave 1600 duplicates with which u could buy a tier 5 tier 7 gave 5000 duplicates and a tier 6 item cost 5000 duplicates. They removed duplicates now Tiers were also remooved from the game. Tier 6 is epic Tier 7 is legendary tier 5 is very rare i believe tier 4 is rare
