it means you are not gettin a Cooldown after using one skill 5% chance for that to happen. so you basically have a reset of the skill with 5% chance everytime you use one you can instantly use it another time
Hey MageGod So I'm currently running the same emblems as you but I managed to roll the special 4th stat on Sprawl (Gain a trigger chance bonus equal 15% of the Crit rate or Combo rate based on specialization. Is it worth switching out one of the current emblems out for this new Sprawl? If so which one should I switch or should I just stay with the current setup? just curious on your thoughts about it thanks
