If you know flat right angle weave or CRAW, this structure will be easy for you. Make artful beaded necklaces, bracelets and earrings. Beads that work best include metal 11/0, metal 8/0, Czech Fire Polish or druks, Japanese 11/0 or 8/0 and more. Make sure your beads are evenly shaped with ample holes.

Right angle weave is a beading technique found in cultures around the world. We don't know where it was invented but it's probably many centuries old. The earliest recorded example dates to the Chinese Ming dynasty (1368-1644). It's a small, rectangular piece inscribed with 7 Chinese characters - the only piece of its kind in the world.
