So then you know that it can be debilitating, a SUPER way to make sure that your self esteem stays low and that your reality stays skewed. It's the worst, thinking that just because you uploaded that one RU-vid 4 hours later than you intended, that your whole day is ruined!
Obviously, we also struggle from all-or-nothing thinking, some of us are in therapy, and we spend a lot of time thinking about how we can use our planners. Thus, this RU-vid was born!
