We'll be taking an in dept look on how to beat the Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind DLC. This time around is against Master Xehanorth himself! The master mind of Organization XIII and Sora's true enemy!
I can not do that block and dodge roll at the start for the life of me but this guide is getting me through the rest of the fight pretty well. This and your other guides got me through most of the other secret bosses so thank you so much for your hard work!!
Playing with all the pro codes on, I wish that he would force me into rage form. I am unable to reliably heal with pro codes but that forced rage form in the story gave lifesteal on basic attacks.
Your guides helped me so much and I was able to beat them all!!!! Thank you for the clear instructions! I loved how “real” you make these - it makes me feel better seeing you get hit and recover rather than watch the insane “no damage” fights!
I used your videos for help with Xehanort and Xion, thank you! Very well explained and I appreciate that you slowed down parts to show what you were doing
For those trying to optimize damage and skip certain parts of the fight if you equip sliding kick and run up close just before he throws the x blade this makes it easier to crit block and guarantees all the hits will land. Finish with final blow and combo for some big damage I was able to knock off almost 4 bars of hp in one damage cycle granted i was using ultima weapon and had a strength of 112
Thanks for this guide, after figuring out the lasers I found this fight to be way easier than Xion but I wouldn't have been able to beat either of them without these tips. Cheers again.
Great video! I'm really bad at (and lazy) when it comes to playing smart and picking up the bosses' patterns, so this helps a lot. I already beat Luxord, Xigbar, Xemnas and Xion thanks to your other videos.
@@mattsully2238 I feel like the sad part is I am playing on Proud and not Critical lol. With that being said I will definitely be "Proud" when I beat it 20 years from now lol. Just made it to Xehanort and he is the last boss I need to beat before getting to challenge Yozora. * though I didn't max out my defense stat before starting re-mind though so that may be part of the issue.
Thank you for helping me with the data fights in Kingdom Hearts 3 you and one other person helped me do each and every data fight by watching your videos before I face them to get a general idea what they offer ironically I did data luxord without a guide XD
These breakdowns/guides have been super helpful I only wish you had done them in critical mode, though, since some mechanics and the health is massively different
Same here man I’m just now starting this fight and I own this mf until his desperation move and then it goes downhill from there🤣 just gotta memorize the move set to that second half now
Thank you for this guide. And your other guides. I've finally beat the Data Battles on Critical Mode (which was a hassle and a half) except for the Saix and Xemnas fights as I used HP Gen from EZ Codes cause I got so angry at them. I didn't look up guides for those two so I'm going to attempt these two again without codes after looking at the guides. I got the first half of the fight down and the Nano Arm Keyblade helped a lot with its dodge and barrier during the midpoint of the fight. The last half drove me nuts a bit when Xehanort can reduce your Max HP in this fight to 1 HP and can die in one hit. Really frustrating, but I did it. Now for Yozora... I am not looking forward to this.
yo this is probably the newest comment after some years, but I wanted to say I appreciate your guides! some bosses I've beaten blind on my channel and others I've consulted your videos. unfortunately the second half of xehanort is too much for me even knowing everything and there's no way I could handle yozora lmao. but obv you've been a big help to a lot of people so..uh.. thanks edit: nvm I beat him thanks to Ralph lmao
I still don’t know how but I accidentally beat him during my first try. I went in thinking I was going to get killed but as it turns out Luxord put up more of a fight than this senior citizen did. 😂
I managed to beat every data battle without any guidance on standard difficulty but still need to beat Yozora. I won't be using any help for any of the battles but it is good to look back and see how some of the methods I used to beat the data battles coincides with many of your tactics. For me, data Riku was the easiest and I managed to beat him on my first try while Xion was probably the most annoying to figure out since she started using the HP drain.
Only thing I can recommend you to unequip is the flowmotion attacks, they get in the way when you use focus step. You can use either counter slash or kick for reprisal. I also turn off triple strike just because I feel my combos are more fluent without it. That's pretty much it really
Not really. Honestly, the reason he’s actually difficult is because he throws so many different types of crap at you out of nowhere that you don’t pay attention when your supposed to dodge or block. Once you figured out what’s going on and keep on moving. He becomes a pushover. Honestly, I had more trouble with his final boss variant (but that’s probably cause while doing his keyhole appearing smacks, he trips me up by targeting Donald and goofy, and not sora.) meanwhile xion is a problem and a half, cause you can’t just second chance into withstand combo live through whatever she does, cause she’ll make your max hp go to 1, and smack you to the retry screen.
Okay, we will see if this video will help me to beat him ( I'm using handicap) if she does I will edit my comment! Edit: omg I made it! Only Xion left :/
It’s in a chest in the “Middle Tier” in Arendele in the labyrinth. To make it easier, go to the area where you first entered the labyrinth, the area after the first Larxene cutscene. Keep moving forward. Eventually, you’ll find a room with a high rock platform thing, and some trees where you can do Flow Motions. On the high rock platform, is a chest that contains the Snowman Rosette. (Also, NOT the room with the Lucky Emblem)
Having super easy in all your guides is disingenuous any boss in any game is "super easy" when you know how to block and avoid all their moves the term "super-easy" should be used in terms of explaining a way how to beat the boss easily that the developers did not intend you using to beat the boss. a good example is the negative combo exploit in kh2 you can beat nearly every boss just by spamming "B" then "A" that would be considered "super easy". the title for these guides should be "how you're supposed to beat so and so"
This guide is a lie. It doesn't actually work. I just tried it numerous times. With the way the boss is designed, this strategy is completely impossible unless you've modded your console.
@@christopherlopez5855 Oh no. I just said you need to use mods for this specific strategy to work. I'm sure there is a legitimate strategy that works. This one just isn't it.
I swear to god. This game is so poorly design it makes me wanna never touch it again. Why would you make bosses like this when your own combat system punishes the player for effing playing. The input delays in kh3 make me really want to never fucking play. If kh4 is like this im done
