Hey Foodpharme, I have been following your content. its very informative for the general public. Great work. I have only one request you tell us what not to consume, buts most of the time we as consumer are unaware of what to consume instead. Request you to add some recommendations on what alternate should people consume instead. I know you have provided a few recommendations in some of your videos like coconut water etc. But i think it will be very helpful for people if they know what to consume.

Thank you so much food pharmer for opening my eyes that was closed from Years. Everytime when I was a kid, I saw, other kids eat packed foods which I always feel like eating packed food is good thing as it always have good TASTE, also everything around me has created thoughs and mindset through advertising. But now by watching your every eye opening video, I subconsciously don't like to eat any packed food and fast food, as they all contains unhealthy ingredients like SUGAR, MAIDA, PALM OIL, PRESEVATIVES, ARTIFICIAL SWEETNERS, STABILIZERS , etc. Finally thank you for Educating INDIA since we don't have habit of checking ingredient as not included in our EDUCATION system. Sir I have a request from you. I have been following your videos for a long time. It Enhanced my knowledge for the particular food items and the brand. My request from you is to make a video on Quicker Oats. Is it actually healthy? I'm a gym going person and I personally consume it on a daily basis. Now I have doubts on every brand that claims to be selling healthy. 2) Make a video on Amul dark Chocolate. I don't take sugar at all. But it is something that I eat often and helps with my sugar cravings. Please it's my humble request to you sir to make a video on the 2 products.
While I stopped consuming most of the biscuits after seeing your video......one cannot expect packaged products to be fresh. Processing takes time and is direct opposite to being fresh
I think Indian govt should take action against these companies. They should ban companies from using certain words in branding such as Fresh juice , natural juice etc.

The shopping malls in metros are full of these items every food item has something harmful mixed in it some brand should come to offer all these items organically and fresh at this large SCALE otherwise people will not stop eating these because substitutes are very LESS and not available everywhere....
