That's incredible! I suggest joining the Sheeks Freaks mastermind. He released two books through BiggerPockets that can get you started. There are many folks getting started at 17 and 18 now. When you leave home, you can move into your first househack! Congrats. You may want to think about getting a job at 15 or 16 so you can show income for a loan and /or line up a co-signer.
I'm probably the only one that hasn't heard of this, but it makes SO MUCH SENSE. Thanks for breaking this down and sharing your automation resources. This 30 day rental appeals greatly to me and I'm going to order your book and check out your other videos to get the ball rolling. Keep up the good work teaching us all how to level up!!!
Great video, love your presentation style. I just bought a house that my intention was to make a medium term rental, but the wife likes the area so much it's going to become our primary. This house also puts me in a great location for other short and medium term rentals. so I will be grabbing your book and watching the other videos.
Really enjoyed the videos. I have watched all of them. I am inspired to begin this search to see if it is a good fit for me. Picking up your book. Thanks
Will definitely add your book to my list. Researching now and deciding if I want a STR first or M to LTR unit. Looking in the smoky mountain region both Tennessee and North Carolina.
Great video! A lot has been managing their rentals through automation these days. Makes sense since it helps a lot to take off some stress from managing rentals. Appreciate the info and insight!
how do I see the nurse contract? Will the hiring agency for the health care worker give information to landlord? Do they have ID number for each agency?
For me the hardest part is the turnover period when one renter leaves. How do you manage proper cleaning and hygiene especially if you are far away and if your renters move in and out frequently?
Great video, landlord logistics are still something I’m figuring out. How do you manage sending lease agreements to guests who book a medium-term stay through Airbnb?
Hey Rob, great question! We don't do a lease if it's through Airbnb. You definitely can if you want or live in California and are worried about squatters but in 10 years I've never had a problem.
what pricing tools you recommd? Also...for mid term rent, do you include utitlies in the price or tenant pays? I had a friend who had a rental charging 1100 a month and including water...somehow that tenant was able to use that much water that she got a $900 water bill....Also for items like toliet paper, paper towel, we provide in short term rental of cause, what about mid term? Do we provide them or tenant suppose to supply them...Thank you so much :)
Good morning Zeona, I’m in process of selling by long term rental condo in Aurora, CO and estimating a profit of 100k. My question is, should I buy a 1 bedroom condo in Capitol Hill as a midterm rental as it is close to multiple hospitals, or look for a duplex further away from hospitals as along term rental.
I have never had this happen. Since they are in town for short stays they usually have an exit plan, the next travel nurse assignment in a new town or for a digital nomad, a plane to catch. A lease protects you but evictions can happen.
very little! Since we have tenants moving in on average every 3 to 6 months, instead of every few days, there is a lot of down time in between looking for tenants.
@@ZeonaMTR around 9:44 in the video there is a person toggling through emails… most of them are in hebrew (at least for what i see) am based in OH 🤷🏻♂️ anyway great content!
