Informativ.
Hey! Thank you for content. It’s hard to find good information on this. As a beginner how would you recommend getting a grasp on html/css/JavaScript? I am taking Harvard’s CS50x course right now and that is helping with my basic understanding of computer science in general but I feel like I am not building up many marketable skills in the course.
hey! I took a look at the Harvard course and I think it looks good but is more focused on general CS. I would suggest doing a course that is more targeted towards HTML, CSS, Javascript specifically. After that, then I would suggest learning React and then move on to Blockchain development, if that's your goal. for the HTML, CSS, JS - you could do either a University-based online course, Udemy or RU-vid (or all of the above). Brad Traversy has great basic web dev courses.
I have been studying front end development for about 5 months. Learn the basics of html and css for about a month or 2 by watching youtube videos and coding along and also building your owns sites. Then jump into javascript. Some GREAT resources are MDN Web Docs and W3 Schools. Good luck
That's awesome. Yeah I definitely think it makes sense to have the HTML / CSS/ JS / React basics down before diving into blockchain / web3. Once you have that, it won't be hard to build on top of that knowledge base.
High demand: The demand for blockchain developers is high and is expected to continue to grow in the coming years. ... High salaries: Blockchain developers typically earn high salaries. ... Challenging and rewarding work: Blockchain development is challenging and rewarding work.
youre not gonna learn anytNice tutorialng with that ntallity, if you want to learn sotNice tutorialng stick with it, if youre not willing to do that maybe its not
Hey thanks so much for the walkthrough! please keep making vids as you know we appreciate it! also love the more informational approach to your sytle, and not just pasting your face with an O face always ha!
Do we must need to learn Bitcoin and etherium books ? I'm asking because, It may take long time to complete and It's published 5 years ago, will it gives latest informations?
They're not 'must haves' but I do highly recommend them, especially the Bitcoin book, as it's the best treatment of blockchain fundamentals available. Even tho 5 years old, everything is still relevant.
I am starting my journey with Patrick Collin's Learn Blockchain, Solidity, and Full Stack Web3 Development course on RU-vid. I am a complete beginner to blockchain, with minor experience in HTML. I am half way through the course, and I feel like I am learning so much. Do you ever compete in hackathons yourself? What would a hackathon experience look like for someone who is just getting started? Thanks, your video was very informative, and straight to the point.
Thanks very much for this informative guidelines, is really helpful to me. But sir between choosing working on Ethereum Blockchain or binannce Blockchain, which one is more profitable and high in demand by people.
Hey, I have working experience as VB, C# and Sql Developer in Windows Application for 4 years., But, no experience in web app , so should i need to Know React Js and Node Js to move further learning Blockchain development ?
hey ZulfiQar. you would definitely need Javascript / ReactJS if you want to work on dApps / blockchain frontend. for smart contracts on Ethereum only Solidity is strictly required. with your background I'm sure you'll be able to pick it up quick.
Hey, i have 0 programming experience or even knowledge. How long will it take me to be a blockchain developer following your steps? (Im a very keen consitent learner - 2hrs of learning per day)
hey Rahziman. there are a lot of factors involved, but one of my coworkers went from 0 programming knowledge to blockchain developer in 1 year, so I think that's very doable and possibly even less if you go at it hard. just keep going and never quit!
it's hard to quantify, but I'd say have a basic understanding of core principles such as scope, variables, functions and data structures. being able to create a simple application using ReactJS might be a good goal.
Just started following along with your lottery app as my first foray into blockchain development so thanks. Last 2/3 years I have been doing fullstack dev with Node and React, I might have watched your AWS videos before actually. Is Rust something you have dabbled with in this space, I suppose I ask because I notice some positions in companies like The Graph look for Rust as a skill, so I'm just dabbling with that also. When I was using AWS Amplify I followed a senior developer advocate there called Nader Dabit, he recently left his senior position at AWS to work with The Graph, I'm guessing he would be making a serious salary like 500k maybe, he has great videos as well, not that I'm trying to divert traffic from your channel.
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YrHCD7nx29o.html I reckon you can check out Dapp University's videos, I'm also exploring without any programming background
I have 2 years working with HTML & CSS, with react I have about 8 months, I already made a Task app with a smart contract in solidity and truffle. how long would you think i can take me to get a good level I feel like stuck, I was thinking on reading the books and taking the course you recommend but I'm concerned regarding the fact that i dont know much about data structures will this be a issue for me ?
sounds like you're off to a great start. you've got the basics and so I'd recommend gaining more exp by doing more projects like what you described. data structures won't be a big issue for you - just read up on them and then the more you use them in your personal projects or tutorials the more you'll come to understand them and when to use different ones. learn the basics of arrays and objects in Javascript and arrays, mappings and structs in Solidity and that will give you a solid foundation.
Creating your own token is not that difficult (I may make a video on that soon). Creating your own blockchain is very difficult and would probably take a few years of experience at least, but I would say these steps are a good place to start.
I am so happy I followed my guts to invest in crypto, it has been an amazing journey with the help of Zane Omar trading platform, i'm able to monitor my accounts as it grows and also learn how to trade. He is a man of his words, Very transparent and dedicated towards making profits for his investors. He is well experienced and always willing to help. I just made another huge win today and purchasing a new car with the gains.
I do rate Zane Omar very highly as he is dedicated towards helping people make good weekly profits to ensure financial stability.. I was very fortunate to have come across his information, He changed my life for good as I have been able to clear all my credit card debts and student loans.. I just started a new trucking business with the gains from his trading platform.
Thank you so much for this video. I have a quick question, can you tell how were you able to block a user for 3 days from getting tokens from your faucet?
i think what i did was created a mapping of addresses to timestamps and then have a require statement that references it whenever tokens are distributed to ensure that the user hadn't requested funds in the last 3 days.
hey ZulfiQar. you can definitely find everything you need for free via docs, RU-vid etc. sometimes a well-organized course is great too though. i do both. for me personally definitely worth the investment.
Do we need operating system, distributive system, game theory etc for understanding blockchain? Because I am not from cs background. BTW very essential knowledge delivered here.
