these valve actuators are already calibrated when it goes out of the factory, you just need to follow the instruction in the datasheet of the valve how to mount it properly in the valve itself, make sure that the valve stem is properly attached and secured to valve actuator adaptor as shown in my video
you can check it by fixing the control output of the DDC AO say you fixed the opening to 100% check if the valve is opening fully, then fixed again the control signal to 0 % opening and watch the valve if it is closing, then check with 50% opening
@@sachinkp4504 first check the feedback signal if in 100 % opening you are getting a 10 VDC feedback signal from the valve actuator, if the feedback signal is 10 VDC then maybe you can put some offset in DDC AI points engineering/configuration
