thank you for watching this video tutorials, appreciate your viewing, guys you can help me post more video tutorials and acquire more equipment for tutorial purposes by purchasing super thanks
in my previous projects handled all of our VAVs are using pre-programmed controllers, meaning when the VAV units came to project a controller was also supplied which is already programmed for VAV application. all we need to do is configure and change some parameters.
in you case if only VAV box was supplied then you need to program the controller that will control and monitor the operation of it. you can use same logic as an AHU except I guess there will be no chilled water valve control only damper control will be there. Check first what are the sensors installed in the VAV boxes like dampers actuator (modulating, three point control), temperature sensor, pressure sensor, etc then based on this you can write your own control logic program
humidity is the concentration of moisture in the air that is why we have a term humid (meaning the air has more moisture on it, like in the middle east or in Qatar in the month of June to August the air is so humid. While relative humidity is the ratio of the amount of water vapor actually present in the air to the greatest amount possible at the same temperature . (taken from google credit belongs to them). There are so many good explanation of relative humidity in the internet.
if building fire alarm coming then what happen our ahu can u expalain sir my question how to our ahu input output work in ddc and our AHU off somke alaram plzz answer sir
the BMS engineer's control logic program for an AHU includes fire alarm status coming from Main Fire Alarm Panel, if the AHU should not run when there is fire alarm then it will automatically stop based on the DDC control logic program, at the same time the fire alarm people will install a relay module in each AHU's control panel that will be controlled by the FACP program
the FACP program will activate the relay module that will open the Normally Close Contact (NC) where the control voltage for this AHU is connected thus de-energizing the contactor of the AHU's Fan motor.
Can I work as a BMS engineer or BMS commissioning engineer. Because I have done engineering in computer science. But I wanted to go as a BMS engineer. Present time I am working as a BMS operator. Please 🙏 reply
yes you can, as a BMS operator you are aware of what is being controlled and monitored in Building Automation. You know how these HVAC equipment works then it will be easy for you to write the control logic program let say for air handling unit (AHU). Continue supporting my channel keep watching my tutorials which I guess it is almost complete for those who wishes to join the field of BMS.
yes, I am a graduate of Mechanical engineering, you have the advantage if you are a ME gradaute because most of the controlled and monitored equipment in BMS or BAS is HVAC
