Nice interview..there needs a proper realistic series on Agents/managers ...revealing ins & outs of their professional life & impact on their personal life. call my agent Bollywood series doesn't do justice with real life of agents. There needs more unraveling. Agents real life incidents, stories, how did they grab Brand deals , global events for their client/star ...& their everyday hustle would make really good series.
In this day and age when we are realising the importance of mental health and work-life balance, if an organisation head says there are no Sundays and you have to put the job above your partner, then there is something seriously wrong with their work culture. As they say, when you're old and you look back at your life, you won't think about the Sundays you worked but the partner you lost.
Insightful interview but honestly it sounds like hell working for this person. “Lose your partner or figure out a way to work all day and make it work” is not worth any kind of perk that comes with this kind of job.
being a talent manager is a high stress and a thankless job, only people who love the idea of hustling all the time and travelling nonstop would be ideal for this job.
It must be unfortunate that actors and actress are seriously approaching their profession in regards to branding, image and all that. As an audience its visible what actors have turned out to be and can see how much effort is put on craft vs job that focuses on how to be the best product. Celebrity managers have become the most important part of an actors life.
Branding is not just about actors/actresses.. I'll give you a simple example.. If you are in a job interview, basically you're trying to market yourself so that they choose you.. That is also similar to branding! Or let's say you're buying a soap.. There are so many soaps available but you choose a brand which you find nice.. Basically any actor/actress/even director/producer comes forward to market their film as a product, that film is known by their names or their face.. That is branding.. Their art nd craft or any skill comes along with that.. So the actor takes care of their craft while the manager takes care of branding them.. This is in a very general sense but basically that's the idea of branding!
It would be amazing if you could cover more information on who all are part of the entourage of celebrities. There's a manager, a publicist, hair, makeup, etc... What else? Curious to know 🙂
Sounds like a horrible place to work at. In an age where mental health and work life balance is of utmost importance, no Sunday and no day off policy shouldn't be encouraged. Thank you for making me love and respect my job 10 times more.
Sneha Ranveer Singh interview would be great ❤ And should be casual walk like this one. AND i wanna see a competition of abs between Sneha and Ranveer 😍
It's a Haphazard Job They Don't Respect Your Time Anytime you would be Fired As it's all about a person I would rather suggest be your own boss not a Slave
All she tells is not pure true u should interview who worked here & is retired worker and is mad at this org 🤪😜 no more there then true will spells but this is tathwr half half baked we wana hear he she charged this much and this actress is temper head etc etc
Sorry but i am not able to understand the exact need of this job. Casting agency can map the suitable talent against an opportunity. Unnecessary branding is a delusion for a celebrity and audience. These days everything is online - extremely accessible by phone/emails. Probably actors should use their time & brain effectively and these agencies should do more meaningful with their lives. I understand somehow its working currently but its not long term... The lady felt to genuine
You must speak with Chaitanya Hegde at Tulsea to speak to him about everything films and talent. This isn't a wholesome video when it comes to talent management.
Sneha mam always know the balance of asking fan question and making sure the guest is in his comfort zone. Always the best conversation from the cheet sheet series 🎉
This is new n amazing info to me. I thought the agents and managers disappeared after the digital age as everything literally is on fingertips and online. Good to know about them.
Hello film companion, Can Please Make A video on How to be an Actor and Director In Bollywood or any industry by asking to Mr.Anurag kashyap for how to be an filmaker and Mr.Rajkummar rao on how to be an Actor ❤
@@HimanshuinSearchOfSomethingNew well you have to apply first its not that easy to get into a production house you need contacts and always keep visiting the website see if they are hiring or not. There is no other way than this
