Bravo Richard for letting this guy talk without being interrupted at all. A lot of interviewers would be tempted to break his train of thought and derail him with a pile of other questions. Although, some guests start to ramble and need those interruptions to get them back on track, but Richard did a fantastic interview here. Nicely done.

This is an easy watch, -jay is both humble and informative upon both his journey, his revelations from judo , but his journey of both understanding on markets and his current stance. Much to learn from this plant based athlete as we journey on. My pain tolerances are larger than jay but I have much to learn!

Richard. I have watched about 5-6 of your interviews. These are wonderful for any level of trader, regardless of their type or experience. The discussion about where these traders get their motivation, their inspirations (building that library right now), and most importantly the psychology and routines they use. Invaluable information in every interview. Thank You for your dedication and the time you put into these interviews.

Richard love this interview. You had Jay at ease in seconds. Such a gift to be able to read each and every guest to allow them to share their story without interruption. You are the greatest at this, i said it when i first came across your channel last year and its no surprise your channel has grown exponentially in such a Short time

Just started following Jay a few weeks ago on Twitter. Everything he speaks of here resonates with me so much. In my 4th year now in the markets and the last 6-12 months have been so important in learning what Jay speaks of in knowing the market and how it works, not just looking for a pattern, there's so much more behind the scenes that goes into successful investing. It really is like a jigsaw where you must find the pieces over time to complete the puzzle, you really have to be on point and paying attention 24/7 to 'find' these pieces. If you fall asleep at the wheel for a moment then you risk losing some and the puzzle just won't come together! Easy in theory but very difficult in practice!

"Know who to talk about stocks" was really key. More often than not, when I'm following my friends on a trade it's a loser because they don't know shit. They are just copying things they see on discords or from other guys on twitter and not doing their own research. Every big trade I take has come from my own technical analysis and thesis.

@richard Moglen : Lot's of gratitude. I have listened to several of the interviews you have done. This one I hv just viewed it for maybe 5th time.. GOD BLESS YOU man ! Jay is just such a fantastic person. Most of your guests are btw ! I hv started similar stuff : Strong RS , Uptrend CMP>20>50>150 and 150 today>1mth back>2mths back ; less than 25% away from YH and then Breaking Out. Breaking out from even small congestion. Atleast I know what I expect the Price to do and what my Stop is. I usually get my 8 to maybe 40% in just 1 to 5 days..Once In , I get out if I see weakness on Hourly Chart. Or If I see Reversal from a Very stretched away from 5 / 10 MA. I dont catch the bottom Or Peak. I may walk away from a monster. BUT I hv really small Losses and have enough Gains. Am learning to not have FOMO either side. A lot of ideas adapted from all the great books + your interviews. Wondering If it's a good idea to do this full time.

If you end up trying Jiu Jitsu I think you need to decide if you want to do sport or self defense. Some people say its all the same and it's not. In Self defense you never turn your back when you are on the bottom but in sport they teach you to turn your back because it's all about time and a point system when you compete. Jiu Jitsu is very addicting.

Hello Richard, your interviews are awesome, thank you. Question: Everything in IBD and your presentations are geared to go long stock. As I usually try to keep long/short portfolio, do you have any advise how to find lousy stocks with IBD systematically that are more likely to go down, this might interest a lot of traders? Any advise very much appreciated!

Nice one! I still struggle a bit with position sizing... I see where i'm going to buy and where my SL is and i risk around 0.5%/1% of my account per trade. So i just take my Risk / Entry - SL = Number of shares to buy. Is it right to do it this way or is there a better way? Thks

I been following this dude on Twitter. he talks a great game but he is a major baby. He gets but hurt at everything. And he is really condescending. its like if u follow him u are an idiot and u know nothing. truth is I been trading for a while and he talks a good game but he ain't as good as he thinks and his stocks are major thin. they have great earnings but real thin names. truth is I think he believes all these Twitter con men, and because he ain't trading 100% profit a year. he thinks he is a failure.
