Interesting that you believe single men can't be modern day knights considering the majority of knights throughout history have infact been single men.

Ironically, I met a single guy who went to it and came back still not following through with his words. Slightly disappointing. Before going his energy was very admirable..after it..slightly depressing. However, noticed that to do the work he needed...to fix the past trauma. I admire men who are working on themselves to be better husbands and fathers. Great book though. The mission of mdk is awesome to see though especially for civilians... Wish there was something like that for women and tapping into the ideal partner and mother...like a proverbs 31 woman.
I heard that darkness is not a thing, but the absence of a thing. And that thing is light. Darkness is the absence of light. I've also heard that men who aren't taught how to protect, lead and care for women and children will prey upon them. And I think that's the light that is missing, which in its absence, is making our men dark (toxic).
There's a disconnect in our society. Men may not be taught to protect, lead or care for women and children - but women are actively being taught not to want those things. Or they're taught that they're weak for needing those things which makes them difficult to want to protect and lead for in the first place.
@@shelbyalbrecht9800 You're absolutely right. After I wrote my response, i really began to think about it. Which came first the chicken or the egg? And I realized what came first was the 1970's feminist movement. Yes I believe certain things needed to change, but the society we're in now is a perversion of equality not a solution to it. I think the agenda of gender confusion and de-masculinization of our men is much deeper than the surface agenda of equality, but suffice it to say i agree 100% with you.
