@@pattersonellen the brokers get paid an advise fee to assess the clients situation, research the market for the client and progress the case. The other side of the business is with the lender where they get paid a proc fee from the lender that is paid for the broker to submit the case and perform the admin on the lenders behalf as well as accept any risk of the case is wrong. Both Payments are for very different things.
