Went in for my first DUPR tourney yesterday and followed your prep advice especially about hydration and pacing during the day. Ended up taking gold and won a Perseus paddle. How fitting 😁 Thanks for the good video.

Playing with better players is great advice, but the Catch 22 is challenging, because it's not much fun for the better players. I run a Pickleball Meetup group in Charlotte, NC, and lower-level players trying to play with higher level has created issues.... but I'm finding a way to make it better for all.

I’m going to send this to my parents because this is great advice, now I just have to edit out all of the advice on getting good sleep.

Hi Ben, you should be careful about sharing these trade secrets. I’ve been playing for 6 years and am currently a 3.5 but now that I have this video I will follow your advice and likely turn pro (5.5-6.0) within the next year. I’ll see you in the finals soon!!!
