How about mindful meditation? Mike is gonna push you celebrities for a buck! And Dr. Phil is pushing him for his own show, probably on his son production to make money for him. (like he always is doing for Robin, and his kids. Always pushing to promote their products. kinda sad really)
To those who are struggling with the audio --- here's something that could help: using VLC to stream the video. VLC has integrated compression...now while that doesn't fully level the audio....it does help it bringing in the intro/outro volume closer to the main content. The other way is to request Kelsey to switch over the audio (I worked on a version of it...and recently sent her the link to the audio --- I'm more than happy to share that version here...as soon as she gives me her blessing that she's okay for me to share the link publicly) to a version that has better mixing/mastering by commenting here or sending her a tweet (and I'm hoping a tweet would be more effective than a RU-vid comment or email!). PS: Alternative #3 is to contribute captions! This video is the prime example where captions would be really helpful. I noticed that RU-vid's AI has picked up on the audio...but nothing compares with captions reviewed (and edited) by a human.
