Hi, I don’t know if this was asked already , are there special courses programs that will allow non-UK citizens to work in the UK as a (paid) teachers assistant to become a teacher?

Your question is a tricky one. I am not sure how to answer it. There are roles such as Trainee-Salaried teacher roles that offer visa sponsorship. To increase your chances of getting the role, do all I listed in the video and get training on Prevent and Safeguarding for Children. These courses are online. All the best!

Hi, I don't really understand your question. Perhaps you might not understand how the system works. QTS is a Teaching license. When you get it, it will boost your job application and make you more appealing to recruiters. You still haev to hunt for a visa sponsorship teaching job after ghetting your QTS. PGCE with QTS for secondary education pathway for Physics and Language teachers is a student route that can be sponsored by the UK government. It is a one year study route which you are sponsored to study and live in the UK for 10months to one year and you can bring and stay with your dependents because it is government sponsored.

Start now to apply to educational agencies and teaching jobs that are part-time cover. You will learn exactly what they want and what you can get in India before you arrive. Did you follow the steps in the video till the end and write to them and they said non-UK are not eligible? Their website says that student bursaries are available for some non-UK.

Thank u for the info ma. Please I have a question, I am a qualified teacher living in Nigeria, I have bachelors in Education and I hv the TRCN certificate. My background is in Economics, that is my B.Ed is in Economics but I've been teaching mathematics for two years after graduation. In my case I meet all the requirements for the QTS just that my background is not in Mathematics. What can i do in this case please.

First, write to the QTS certification body and ask them via email. There are two video I think you need to watch. Apply everything in these videos if you want to teach in the UK. My friend was told that there is a bursary for non-Uk students pursuing Physics. I will share an update on whether it worked out for her. I am only sharing her experience and the steps she took. Thank you for sharing.

Not all subjects come with scholarship or bursaries. It's mostly language related courses, physics

Register with agencies even if you don’t have TRCN. What about getting student bursary? Always watch all my videos till the end so that you can apply all the opportunities I share. I totally understand what you mean. My clients are still going through the experience, they are all shy on camera but I will be sharing their experiences along the way. That is what I do here, I share experiences of others who don’t want to do so on camera so that others can learn.
