Yes. It's called as Interaction design in IIT Bombay. You have to write the CEED exam to qualify.

Don't waste time on college for this course. Everything to learn on ux is available online. Do the Google course on ux instead for 6 months. U can finish it in 5 months if u are focused.

Even I'm a fresher. But the numbers you'll see online are not really accurate. There's salary reports online that give you numbers based on stats and actual surveys

6 is kinda accurate for a fresher if you have a design graduate degree. 15 is something you can hope to get after 3 years or 2 if you're good at negotiating

UI/UX is open for everyone but 90% of jobs need design background, Free resources are available but companies prefer people with certification from reputed institute, portfolio alone will do nothing because due to craze about ui/ux their are less entry jobs, seeking ui/ux job is so tiring because you have to do 100's of assignment and some job postings are fake and will use your creativity, DO NOT spread fake rumors about salary ui/ux market is not that good currently and I have seen people with 2years of experience getting paid low so please just stop this ui/ux GLAMORISATION
