Entrepreneurship should be about problem solving, I've learned this after reading blogs and listening to Entrepreneurial podcasts. Starting is always the Hardest Part since the learning curve is steep and most people say that it's not necessary to know everything before starting. No matter how much I read and listen I always have a hesitation in my mind that there's something that I don't know or a fear that I may not be able to appear appealing to the customers or viewers
Some excellent tips and highly relevant to new entrepreneurs. As you scale your business, processes and systems I agree is so important to promote efficiency and optimization in a business. Automating processes will greatly help you to spend more time on the customer value driven activities.
I thought if I created a decent product, it would sell itself. Now I realize I have to market and convince people of the problem my product is solving. Not sure how to do that. I would need an expert. If there are funds available for beginners like myself, I would welcome it. I need help with advertizing.

#2 Do customer development You say that we must do our research by probing people that could be interested in using our product but I want to know: - How do we do this without giving to much information about our idea..? I mean, I want to ask people about it, but I don't want my idea to be steal! I also want to know more about funding. Thanks
Great question, Dominic. The great thing about business is you go about it in the way that makes you feel the most comfortable. When is comes to customer research and looking for feedback, we suggest you reveal what you are only comfortable with but our tip also would be to have a rationale as to why you are asking certain questions. Using the example in the video, they simply inquire which logo/sticker is more appealing. You can possibly showcase similar examples simply to see if people respond to them in a positive or negative way then use that data to inform your research. Privacy seems to be an aspect of your inquiry. We also invite you to reach out to our live support team to have the space to discuss store matters freely. Getting a better idea on what you are selling will allow us to navigate this question better for you. You can use this link to reach their queues: bit.ly/3eNr2bD.
