I have a Qur'an teacher. She memorized the entire book. She is only 17. Her father also memorized the entire Qur'an. There are competitions in Malaysia with kids under then age of 10 where a judge will read out a random verse from a random page and the child has to recite the rest of the page by memory, say what chapter it is in, what number verse it is, and even what page it is on. Some even have to know the first and last word of that page. It is astonishing. InshaAllah I will become a hafidha as well and will become a Sheikha.

@@katherinecaliskan4603 604 pages. 114 chapters, and 6,236 verses. Every Ramadan Muslims read the entire Qur'an. It has been broken up into 30 sections and we read one section a day. Normally when trying to memorize the Qur'an you start with the last chapters because they are just a few short verses and are easy to remember. There is a method of learning it. If you are very focused you can do it between 10 months and a year and a half.

Hey ninja mommy... Alhamdulillah I'm planning to become a hijabi soon... I had a doubt in my mind... Does wearing hijab affect our hair or scalp in any way? Like hairfall, dandruff, or anything else... I have seen your hijab story so u said that u used to get really hot in summers so is it the same now or eventually we get used to it?
@notch8716
@notch8716 2 года назад
Hijab can affect your hair a little bit. I recommended you to switch the parting of your hair occasionally because, when you pull your hair back everyday into a bun, it pulls the hair at your parting and if you have the same parting all the time, you start to lose a lot of hair in that one place. It's also very important to let your hair breathe. As soon as you get home, take the hijab off and take your hair down. Also, use a satin underscarf if possible, this protects your hair's moisture and helps prevent split ends. If you can't use a satin underscarf, make sure you do a deep conditioning mask once a week or use oils before you wash your hair, this adds extra moisture which certain hijab fabrics can absorb from your hair.
@madisondavis8906
@madisondavis8906 2 года назад
Depends on the fabric I'm black with very thick hair and putting fabric like cotton could rub your hair out or cause split ends. I wear an undercap silk is preferable. It'll keep your hair from rubbing out. Or wear silky hijab material (although I'm not too much of a silk hijab fan)

Hi Ninjamommy. A genuine question for you. Why don't you or as a matter of fact many other muslim youtubers/influencers talk about what is going on Afghanistan? When the Hijab ban in France took place (actually it was a ban of any religious symbols in schools and not just the hijab but like okay whatever) and when the atrocities were happening in Palestine, RU-vidrs like you and MubinaTV were so quick to make videos, shorts, etc., which is amazing because you were advocating for basic human rights. Now, though a lot of you guys are completely silent on this matter. And why so? As far as RU-vid goes, you were so quick to post but now? Unlike the Saleh Family who advocate for everyone, you and Mehdina TV are surprisingly quiet. I have watched a ton of yours and theirs content which definitely changed my perception about Islam, but the vibe regarding this topic is genuinely weird and different.

What’s your opinion on this? I have just found out about this while watching a documentary about ISIS, Islamic scholars said they couldn’t argue with the fact they own slaves because it is allowed but they don’t condone the fighting as the quaran says that you should stand up to your “Muslim brother” if he is the oppressor and stand up for him if he is oppressed. Hi! I'm muslim, but I go to a school full of Christians (not by choice) and every Friday they have this assembly called "Worship" where they would stand up half of the time and sing and clap. Usually when I go there and they say "please be standing" , but I don't stand up with them, I stay seated. No one has said anything nor complained, but do you think it's disrespectful for me to be sitting? The other few muslims in my school stand up, but don't partake in the clapping or singing. So I was wondering if I was being a bit disrespectful. The 'worship' is compulsory for the whole school regardless of your religion because apparently it's a "school gathering" and so everyone must be present, so I can't skip out on it even if I wanted to.

You should convince this girl of the importance of hastening to embrace this great religion without delay, for Allah will not accept from anyone any religion but it. No one knows what will happen to him, and dying in a state of disbelief leads to loss in this world and the hereafter; in fact, remaining a disbeliever for one more moment is the utmost loss, ruin and deprivation. Congratulations to this girl for being convinced of Islam; now let her hasten to testify that there is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, and let her not pay any attention to ill-thoughts and speculation, for this great religion does not burden its followers with anything more than they are able to bear. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “On no soul does Allah place a burden greater than it can bear.” [al-Baqarah 2:286] “and has not laid upon you in religion any hardship” [al-Hajj 22:78] “Allah intends for you ease, and He does not want to make things difficult for you” [al-Baqarah 2:185]. If she becomes Muslim and is afraid that her family may harm her, she may conceal her Islam until Allah grants her relief and a way out. In that case, there is nothing wrong with her not wearing hijab and not doing whatever she is not able to do of religious duties; she may pray in secret and should not give up praying under any circumstances. She should fast if she is able to conceal her fasting, but she may break her fast if there is the fear that her being Muslim may be exposed, and she should make up those fasts during the year. She should have certain faith that Allah, may He be exalted, will grant her relief and a way out, for Allah does not forsake His slaves and does not abandon His beloved ones. He says (interpretation of the meaning): “Is not Allah Sufficient for His slave? Yet they try to frighten you with those (whom they worship) besides Him” [az-Zumar 39:36]. With regard to marriage, she should refuse to marry any non-Muslim, giving any appropriate reason for that, and she should wait for relief from Allah. Perhaps Allah will guide her family, or she will find a Muslim whom she can marry and migrate with him far away from her homeland, or there may be some other option that Allah makes easy for her. Whatever the case, it is not permissible for her to remain a disbeliever under any circumstances, and it is not permissible to delay becoming Muslim for any excuse. Rather she should enter Islam and do whatever she is able to, and strive her utmost; she should give precedence to religion over worldly concerns, and understand that she is not the first one to suffer or make sacrifices for the sake of her religion and pleasing her Lord. This is a well-travelled path, which many righteous women have travelled since Islam began and until today; women have sacrificed their wealth, their status, their families and even their lives for the sake of the religion in which they believe. Allah has told us the story of the people of the ditch, who gave precedence to the hereafter over this world, and they sacrificed themselves, regarding their lives as nothing for the sake of Allah. And He has told us the story of the magicians of Pharaoh, in whose eyes the pleasures and status of this world became insignificant, and they gave precedence to Paradise and forgiveness over all that this world contains. At the beginning of the day, they were disbelievers and evildoers, but at the end of the day they became righteous and pious men, and they said to Pharaoh: “ ‘We prefer you not over the clear signs that have come to us, and to Him (Allah) Who created us. So decree whatever you desire to decree, for you can only decree (regarding) this life of the world. ‘Verily! We have believed in our Lord, that He may forgive us our faults, and the magic to which you did compel us. And Allah is better as regards reward in comparison to your (Firaun’s (Pharaoh)) reward, and more lasting (as regards punishment in comparison to your punishment).’ Verily! Whoever comes to his Lord as a Mujrim (criminal, polytheist, disbeliever in the Oneness of Allah and His Messengers, sinner, etc.), then surely, for him is Hell, therein he will neither die nor live. But whoever comes to Him (Allah) as a believer (in the Oneness of Allah, etc.), and has done righteous good deeds, for such are the high ranks (in the Hereafter), ‘Adn (Edn) Paradise (everlasting Gardens), under which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever: such is the reward of those who purify themselves ((by abstaining from all kinds of sins and evil deeds) which Allah has forbidden and by doing all that which Allah has ordained))” [Taa-Haa 20:72-76]. O Allah, guide this girl, show her the way to You, grant her Your protection, keep her under Your care, and save her and her brother from the people who are given to wrongdoing.

Interesting! In Christianity it's a little different (at least according to the Bible). Women aren't encouraged to assume authority. They are, however, still encouraged to seek as much knowledge. Therefore, a lot of women likely know more about scripture than some ministers, so men are encouraged to learn from us too. Equal, but with a different calling to use the same intellect.

No, you can have whatever hair length you want. Personally, my hair is never the same length every few months. Long hair isn’t mandatory and it’s ok to have short hair! So do people who arent scholars have a harder time to get in paradise than the rest of Islamic believers? How about the other religion believers. Do they have the same chance of making to paradise? Finally how about those who do not believe in god existence? Will God allow them to paradise even if they do not worship "him"?
@Ayattl
@Ayattl 2 года назад
To answer your question on non-Muslims making it to paradise: Praise be to Allah. We should understand properly the general principle concerning this matter, the matter of entering Paradise and spending eternity in Hell. It is a simple matter that is explained in a brief hadeeth that was narrated by Muslim in his Saheeh (135) from Jaabir (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: A man came to the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah, what are the two deeds that make entering Paradise or Hell inevitable? He said: “Whoever dies not associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise, and whoever dies associating anything with Allah will enter Hell.” An-Nawawi said: With regard to the words, “What are the two deeds that make entering Paradise or Hell inevitable?” what is meant are the characteristic that makes Paradise inevitable and the characteristic that makes Hell inevitable. End quote. This hadeeth explains that what makes it inevitable that a person will enter Paradise is if he dies believing in Tawheed, and what makes it inevitable that a person will spend eternity in Hell is if he dies believing in shirk. This is a definitive principle that is well-known and well established in the religion of Islam. There are mutawaatir texts which confirm and affirm it. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “Verily, Allah forgives not that partners should be set up with him in worship, but He forgives except that (anything else) to whom He pleases, and whoever sets up partners with Allah in worship, he has indeed invented a tremendous sin” [an-Nisa’ 4:48]. The Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) explained, in the hadeeth about intercession, the situation of the sinners in Hell, and he explained that no one will be brought out of Hell except those who died believing in Tawheed and uttered the Shahaadah (testimony of faith), and had in their hearts something of faith: “There will be brought out of the Fire anyone who said, Laa ilaaha ill-Allah (there is no god but Allah) and had in his heart goodness equal to the weight of a grain of barley. Then there will be brought out of the Fire anyone who said Laa ilaaha ill-Allah (there is no god but Allah) and had in his heart goodness equal to the weight of a grain of wheat. Then there will be brought out of the Fire anyone who said Laa ilaaha ill-Allah (there is no god but Allah) and had in his heart goodness equal to the weight of a small ant.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 6861; Muslim, 285. Based on that, we can find out the situation of those mentioned in the question. 1. If a person fell into major shirk, whether he was originally a mushrik like the Jews, Christians, Buddhists and other types of disbelievers, or he was a Muslim then he apostatised from Islam by falling into major shirk - as mentioned in the question - then his claim to belong to Islam or his having a Muslim name will be of no benefit to him, and neither will any good deeds that he did and so on, if he fell into major shirk and died in that state without having repented. Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “And indeed it has been revealed to you (O Muhammad SAW), as it was to those (Allahs Messengers) before you: ‘If you join others in worship with Allah, (then) surely (all) your deeds will be in vain, and you will certainly be among the losers.’ Nay! But worship Allah (Alone and none else), and be among the grateful” [az-Zumar 39:65-66]. 2. The one who does not pray at all, either in his house or in the mosque, and does not attend Jumu‘ah or prayers in congregation, has also rendered his good deeds invalid and has falling into kufr by not praying at all. The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The covenant that stands between us and them - i.e., the characteristic that separates the Muslims from the disbelievers - is the prayer. Whoever does not pray has disbelieved.” Narrated by at-Tirmidhi, 2545; an-Nasaa’i, 459. classed as saheeh by al-Albaani. For more information on the kufr of the one who does not pray, see the answer to question no. 5208 3. With regard to the hypocrites, if what is meant is the people of major hypocrisy, namely those who make a show of being believers in this world when they are concealing kufr in their hearts and hiding it from the people, they will be in a worse position than the kuffaar and mushrikeen. Hence their fate will be in the lowest levels of Hell, as Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “Verily, the hypocrites will be in the lowest depths (grade) of the Fire; no helper will you find for them” [an-Nisa’ 4:145]. 4. But if what you meant by hypocrites is those who fall into some acts of hypocrisy, such as lying or betraying a trust or breaking a promise; or he fell into some kind of minor shirk, such as showing off or swearing by something other than Allah; or who fell into some major or minor sin - such a person does not become a kaafir just by doing that thing. It does not put him beyond the pale of Islam and he will not spend eternity in Hell because of it, if he dies believing in Tawheed. Rather his case is up to Allah: if He wills He will punish him for his sin, then admit him to Paradise because of his belief in Tawheed, or He will bestow His grace upon him from the outset and admit him into Paradise and forgive him for the sins that he committed. Al-Bukhaari (6933) and Muslim (1659) narrated that Abu Dharr said: The Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “Jibreel appeared to me at the side of the harrah and said: ‘Give your ummah the glad tidings that whoever dies not associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise.’ I said: ‘O Jibreel, even if he steals and even if commits zina?’ He said: ‘Yes.’ I said: ‘Even if he steals and even if commits zina?’ He said: ‘Yes.’ I said: ‘Even if he steals and even if he commits zina?’ He said: ‘Yes, and even if he drinks alcohol.’” And Allah knows best.

No, being a scholar isn't a criteria for paradise A common man can go to paradise as well
@Clover-wg5xx
@Clover-wg5xx 2 года назад
Hi I am muslim, to truthfully answer this: 1. No such thing as Islamic scholar will go to paradise easier than non-scholar. Sins in human is between human and God. Everyone commit sins either u realise it or not, we human won't escape from it bcoz we not perfect no matter you scholar or not. A non scholar muslim that sincerely practice Islam the best he can is better than a scholar muslim that practice Islam just to show off or for public recognition for example. So point here, God will make it easy for His servant who doing his/her best to follow His commands SINCERELY and leave things that His forbid SINCERELY and if he/she commits sins, he/she repent SINCERELY no matter if you a scholar, or non scholar, if u rich or poor, if you arab or non-arab, if you white or black, if you high status or low status, if you genius or not. Everyone the same except for good deeds. 2. In honesty, God has made only those who accepted Islam as their deen (religion and way of life) to enter His paradise. So even if you do many good deeds but if you are not Muslim then you will never enter Heaven. Sound like God is unreasonable right? But not! Lets give simple example, imagine you are a boss of your employees. You a very kind boss, you give them good salary, you give them leave if they need it, you give them bonus, You listen to their problem etc. You as boss want the work done like this and like that, and there set of rules that employees must follow (for sure any company have their own set of rules right? or else company will be in chaos) BUT, your employees disregarded all the rules and do their tasks as they like ignoring your instructions and end up making mistakes. Its not like they bad people, outside they do charity, very kind to people, helping animals etc. but in company they do not follow the company Do's and Don't's so would not you as a boss feel angry with the employees behaviour ? Now from this example, we back to our original discussion. God the creator of this world, creator of the Heavens and the Earth, the owner of time, space, the living and the non-living, EVERYTHING! He gives human life, He provide sustenance for human in various ways, He give human time for us to life our life, He give human a place to live, a family to lean, He give human knowledge that human can obtain from various ways, He give human strength, health and wealth etc. BUT, many human against His command and rule, disregard what His forbid and do things as they like. God just want you to worship only Him and accept that from the prophet of Adam, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, (all prophets) and the last prophet Muhammad pbuh as His messengers of His message to human being. However many human worship creatures or creation instead, some worship animals, some worship moon and sun, some worship human like there are religion that worship His messenger as God, some don't even believe the one God exist. Now do you think these people that disobedient should enter Heaven? Its not like God don't give you life long time to search for Him, to be back to Him, to worship Him but many human reject God and refuse to follow His commandments therefore no excuse if in hereafter you be thrown to Hell. Even muslim that like to commit sins without sincere repentance will be thrown to Hell. However the difference is if you accepted Islam, you already booked your place in Heaven, now you only need to do your best to follow the religion, God always love His servant that do his best (is different from being Extremist tho, that is not ok ) but if you don't accept Islam, there no place at all for you in Heaven. You don't have that ticket/key to enter it. God (Allah in Arabic) command that the religion cannot be force bcoz God know human nature dislike of being force (He is the creator of human being after all) but he also give you time and intelligence to search for Him, and the meaning of this life, to be back to Him and worship Him, and if you still reject Him, He still give you life, family, health, wealth, strength, etc that you can enjoy in this world. In the hereafter is the real punishment awaits for those who reject Him and for those who against Him hence we called that days as day of Judgement where no single human being from the time of Adam until the last human exist will escape from the judgment of God. I hope this long post shed some light on your question. And there probably lots of grammar, spelling mistakes in my comments haha pardon that as i am not native English speaker. Peace.

and to add a happy news, if a non-muslim or ex muslim accepted Islam, God will forgive all his/her sin and he/she is pure from sins like a newly born baby, like a untainted white sheets. Its a privilege that born Muslim didn't get. How much God love you when you (non muslim or ex muslim) comback to him (revert to Islam) that He forgive all your sins, ALL and you can start a new journey with 0 sins (of coz if after u become muslim and you commit sins like drinking alcohol like your old habit for example then you will start collecting sins again, but God will always forgive you if you sincerely repent and do not continue do the sins) And if your heart accept Islam sincerely and suddenly u die on the spot or you accept Islam on your deathbed, you die in Islam and promise Heaven and will enter Heaven straight away. Amazing how God love human that worship Him, that turn to Him. He the Most Merciful The Most Just!

Do ye fear(3537) them as ye fear each other? Thus do we explain the Signs in detail to a people that understand.(3538) And i call all scholar to answer this.

I'm no scholar but I just did a quick search and it says that allah used the we pronoun.: "The use of the pronoun “we” to connote divine majesty an ancient Arabian rhetorical device that has fallen into disuse in both modern Arabic and modern English" So yes Allah does not have a partner. Maybe ask scholars for a well explained answer. 😊

No , it's forbidden in islam . Allah punished that people in the past , Allah mentioned them in Qur'an.Quotes from the Quran: liwat The Quran mentions sex between men several times, almost all of them in the context of the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, in which after the city inhabitants demand sexual access to the messengers sent by God to the prophet Lot (or Lut). The Quranic story is almost the same as the version in the Bible. Later explanations of the Quran agreed that the "abomination" alluded to by the Quranic passages was attempted sodomy (specifically anal intercourse) between men. The sins of the people of Lut later became proverbial and the Arabic words for the act of anal sex between men such as “liwat” and for a person who performs such acts “Luti”; both derive from the name Lut, although Lut was not the one demanding sex. Some modern gay and lesbian Muslim activists disagree with the equation of this rape story with homosexual relationships.

The Prophet (sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) reminded us in the hadith of musnad ahmed that: Abu Dhar said, "I was with the Prophet (SAW) one day and I heard him saying: "There is something I fear for my Ummah than the Dajjal." It was then that I became afraid, so I said: "Oh Rasool Allah! Which thing is that?" He (SAW) said; "Misguided and astray scholars." [Musnad Ahmad (5/145) No. 21334 and 21335]
