I was a lab technician in India but after coming to Canada I have done ECE assistant program. 1.I want to ask for what type of jobs should I apply? 2.Or I have to do any other course to get a job in school? I have kids so I want to pursue my career in teaching because only this job provides consistent working hours.

Yes you can apply, right away. No since WES is valid of 5 years so you don't need to re apply it

Both are equally good.. 1 year is for already graduated students and 2 years is for after school students. PR is easy with ECE as this job is in demand category

Class 7 is Highest salary class in manitoba, rest depends on your experience now ..which will lead u to higher steps as you gain experience or already had.

You can only work as an assistant, not as a teacher. But if you have done B.Ed back home. then you can definitely apply for a teacher's position
