I’m definitely trying to remember to eat and rest during this season of life. It sounds silly to name these things that are basic necessities as things I want to stick to in my daily routines but life is busy right now and as moms we tend to put ourselves on the back burner 😮‍💨

Not silly at all! Especially those few postpartum weeks. Putting effort into making sure we get these things done in our routine is literally self care ❤️
