This advice is amazing! I am a dog trainer and when I sell dog trying programs to potential clients I do just this, though you have put it into words that makes everything so clear. Each time I go to a consultation I always seek to put the client and dog first and have a servitude mindset “how can I best help these people and their dog?” I try to be as honest as possible, even if that costs me a sale, because I place the people first and want them to succeed, I’ve referred potential clients out to my competition because I thought they would be a better fit. My goal is to make the interaction I have with these people so good that they refer me based on that interaction alone, even if they never buy from me. What you said in this video is what separates the true businessmen and women who seek to serve and the sleazy business people who seek to make a quick dollar.

Don’t be greedy ! It means desiring your outcome more than you deserve to have because of the work you’ve done. Don’t overcharge. Don’t be needy. Tell me yes or tell me no but tell me no. SELLING IS NOT CONVINCING. Some win some won’t. Everyone has an average. Use it to your favor. Have enough convos in a row to make your average . You will not seem desperate. Be the hard to get sales person. Play it cool basically. Be a leader of leaders. There are people out here that would love to buy what you’re selling they just don’t know you exist yet. Plant seeds - every word, though, deed, and sale is a seed. SOW GOOD SEEDS WHEREVER YOU GO.

definitely don’t be greedy ! don’t over charge also don’t be needy ! dont need people to buy & don’t sell just because you’re in need.. but if you do that’s fine as well but don’t be thinking about the fact that you need to make a sale when you’re selling .. you either get a YES or NO don’t always expect a yes to become a better salesman just divorce yourself from the need of a yes because SW , SW , SW , SW , N , some will , some won’t & so what , some ones waiting, NEXT ! if you live by that you’ll be good .
