The grey prince was a character I liked in the arena and when I did his quest and saw him crestfallen. It made me sad that this proud individual just wanted to die. I want there to be dialogue where you tell him that despite his heritage he still is a noble warrior.
I remember when this hero lost his natural blue color due to an inconvenient case of vampirism. Glad to see he’s back to his azure self! 🤣 The Arena felt like so much wasted potential. Oh well... 🤷♀️ The opponents should probably just be called ‘next victim’. 😂
Yeah, they also wanted to implement more arenas, not just the one in the Imperial City... such a wasted potential! Would be super fun to have to go from city to city to rank higher and fight oponents to become knows across Cyrodiil that way!
@@katietaylor8314 you're a different breed wtf. Idgaf if the spiders are harmful to me they're getting killed F U C K THAT. I have like 10/10 arachnophobia though and even had to close my eyes when he showed the spider here.
I have a couple of them living in my bathroom. They've been there for the last 6 months or so and they keep eating any other insects that get in so I let them be. They get a sheltered home and I get a pest free bathroom. Win win 👍
Oh my god it has been so long, that I forgot you can actually gamble and spectate ... EDIT: 3:55 >Drinks water >Get poisoned typical skooma addict folks
I was tryna get the yellow team armor to collect it by using glitches I'm on Xbox so I can't use a console all you need to do is bet on a match Get paint brushes since they have no physics make a tall ass ladder thing and then jump down (you will need over 100 acrobatics so you should get the boots of spring heel jack then if the yellow guy doesn't die kill him I won't matter and you can loot them then make another ladder it takes hours and I regret it I also have like 200 rose of Sithis arrows by duplicating then before using it
Can't you loot the armor while fighting? You'll probably get disqualified from the match, but the Arena kicks you out after 2 strikes, not one. I never tried this tho...
I can't be the only one who finds the models of the cheering NPCs creepy as hell. Rushed placeholders that got an "Eh, good enough, noone's gonna look at those things very long anyway." (Also, spot on editing this one, very well done with the music/timing and all that.)
It's really weird since all they (atleast) had to do was just copy some existing NPCs and give them the animation they have when Bruma claps for Martin before the Great Gate... Better effect and actual NPCs... And thank you!
@@ThatsCoolDude Right? Could even add some variety, some clapping, some drinking and doing various pub animations (I can't remember if the waving the beer emote was in Oblivion or just Skyrim at this point,) just a variety of emotes they already have programmed. Wouldn't have taken any more time to rereuse those assets and would have made it much less distractingly creepy.
alot of arena content got scrapped in development to save space - originally every town was going to have an arena, but they removed those and the NPCs for them. i assume they also cut out NPCs that would have actually gone to the arena to spectate
Killing Agronak is simultaneously the most sad and hilarious thing in the game When i killed him i used the Truncheon of Submission and hit him with my fists/absorb health to farm some levels until i was bored
I know I can always count on you to drop quality Oblivion content. Well done man! Hope you’re having a great weekend and God bless. And may the nine divines forever sing about your triumphs and your senseless murders of Cyrodil’s finest. Huzzah
Anyone else think it's crazy how many people must die every day for gambling in the arena? And its been going on for, what, hundreds of years? No wonder there are so few people left in the cites, and "armies"of a couple dozen men.
When in Rome... But when they throw the prisoners at you. They probably awaited death anyway and had a chance to fight for their lives. But then, the fine for murder is 1000 gold and the fine for necrophilia is 500, so what must they've done to get this punishment...
Duuude, i had my laptop on autoplay while i fell asleep. That spider part scared the hell out of me when i opened my eyes only to see that on fullscreen 40cm away from my head.
A dish that uses garlic, huh Well I like to put whole cloves in the oil when making french fries, not only do they give the fries a bit more taste but you can eat them too, fried garlic is really good
Yes that's the one! I've been binging your content and this stuff cracks me up real good. Thanks for all the amazing laughs. This stuff is comedy gold.
Favorite dish with garlic has to be my own homemade pizza. Turns out if you get some Naan flatbread, it actually makes a really good platform base for pizza.
Why did the Grand Champion just sit there and let you kill him? I do not remember that happening. Thats rather sad to see. What did you do to get that outcome?
I don’t know if you found out, but if you haven’t: He did the side quest “Origin of the Grey Prince.” The whole quest has you finding the past of the Champion himself, only to find out his father was a vampire. Agronak gro-Malog will loathe himself and beg the player to kill him because of his discoveries. I should mention that it’s completely optional to do the quest
