@@gree_no Hey fun fact. I started workout on 1st January to be like lookism powerful characters and now i'm still on my training. I improved a lot I can do 50+ pushups, 20 pull ups, boxing. My body is like iron now. And I'm the strongest guy in my school.

I'd recommend a 5 meal diet. Your first meal will be high carbs + protein so potentially protein cereal, 2nd meal is your morning snack which can be a fruit salad or protein bar/shake, your 3rd meal is lunch which can be 4 sandwiches/wraps/pasta, your 4th meal is the same as meal 2 (but maybe change it up to a different option), and your 5th and final meal is dinner - which should be a highly balanced meal so maybe beef, potatoes, and veg with fruit for desert (you can add in treats/sugary snacks every 3 days - but make sure they're a minority factor). Hope this helps and keep me updated :3
