A year later and I can say that Joe is already proving to be a seasoned professional! The value of working with you directly Beau, has most definitely fast forwarded his career. Data entry and seeking to know property owners before the first call is absolutely genius. Looks like Beau also knows mentorship!
@@BeauKnowsMultifamily This was an awesome video. Just found you recently. Do you have a curriculum or course outlining what you taught him to do in getting started in listing and selling multifamily real estate?
So many valuable nuggets here. Excellent video/content guys. It's information like this I wish I had when starting off in CRE. I was fortunate to get some of this a few years back directly from you Beau after I sent you a killer email hitting key points that you implement yourself when reaching out to new people ( I just did it instinctual, but now I know why that was so important).Beau, you practice what you preach and what you preach you're quick to teach. That's one of the key things I respect most about you. 2 very important things to get out of the way: 1.) What kind of ride are you guys in because I love those seats. 2.) When will you start driving Joe around so he can prep for those client meetings ;-). Everyone who watched, Beau and Joe just provided so many helpful nuggets that you could literally shave months or even years off your learning curve and even increase existing productivity if you implement some of these things for yourself. Keep at it guys and definitely do a Part 2 at yr 1. Eric
Eric, great feedback man, appreciate you taking the time. To answer your question, the car is actually a very normal one. I borrowed my son's Toyota Camry (black edition). The interior is pretty sweet and it was better on gas mileage then some of the other rides. As for driving for Joe, the sooner the better cause that means I made him in to a monster producer.
This is a great video for myself! Im in the same situation, I’m 24 y/o, at a small shop doing multifamily. Would love more content like this it would help tremendously
This was a very informative video! I appreciate being able to watch it. Is there any brokerage you know of in Southern California that offers a base pay salary like you do? Thanks Again! ~Crystal 😊
unfortunately I don't since that isn't a market I do business in. Just so you know, it typically isn't a brokerage that pays the salary but more likely a very successful agent within the brokerage that would hire you on salary and train you on their team. As you gain experience you could transition to all commissions within his/her team. So, think about who in your market do you see with a lot of signs on properties? Who does great marketing in your market? Call them and see if they are looking for someone to join their team.
@@BeauKnowsMultifamily oh thank you so much for that advice! That makes sense. I will definitely do that. Thank you for the quick response. You are awesome! 🩷
