To maintain healthy skin, this is what worked for me: Right after waking up in the morning, wash your face properly. Choose a mild, gentle face wash such as the riceberry facewash from littleexttra and moisturize my face. Riceberry includes antioxidants that shield the skin from free radicals, helping to prevent signs of aging. Don't wash your face too many times in a day. Just wash it once in the morning and once before going to sleep. And keep moisturizing your face throughout the day. Also, don't neglect sunscreen, even indoors. Dry skin exposed to the sun can lead to white patches on the skin. Therefore, it's important to keep your skin hydrated and shield it from excessive sun exposure.

This has been my fourth time getting this facial wash of rice berry Litle Exttra. It is extremely refreshing, hydrating, lightweight, and cleanses the skin really well. Plus is free from chemicals.
