Shouldn't you also block inbound connections to totally block a program? The control freaks who made the apps might send something to disable your app or keep sending annoying ads or whatever else they do. You need to block inbound and outbound traffic.

@@trapeziumbeats3021 You simply do the same as outbound blocking (as in the video) with inbound rules (right above where he clicked outbound rules). You can also edit the host file of any app to block it from connecting to the internet. It's less steps than than using the firewall as in this video. There are several videos explaining the few steps to edit a host file.

How test that the App actually, has been blocked from access the internet communication?

How about when you uncheck from Windows defender It creates an entry on the firewall but its states (NOT ENABLED) Why does it do this? Its like a conflict
