make sure that you place curve layer just above the model.. and you apply the clipping mask

Just expand the selection and hide the model from background.. Keep trying you will end up with great results

Hold shift and select all the layers. Then press Ctrl+G To make a single group.

make sure you have selected the "Blur" layer..

I got the answer! I did wrong at model layer instead of on blur layer
