A how to boogaloo dance lesson. this tutorial covers the basics. Historically, it has been a difficult style to learn because of a lack of youtube tutorials. I started learning from RU-vid dance clips, but then got the opportunity to learn from JAZZY J (EBs) and other poppers in NYC.
Just giving back to a community that supported and inspired me when I started dancing. Much love :)

on the legroll make sure you understand that the motion is in the hips not the knees. The knees are bent but not pivoting they move in direction of your hips.

thanks. this helps a lot. one question is, when u do boogaloo, u do roll for only hip and chest, and the rest of the body parts are about just shifting, is this understanding correct?

@mariocenteral Hey, currently I am not planning on making another video, but I am always expanding the existing two DVDS. About 4 months ago both went from 40 min to 60 min each! The idea is that it is a complete set between the two videos so no need for a third one :)

@sweetappletits well popping is a dane with multiple styles... it started with boogaloo then popping .. then people added other accents that contains body illusions such as ticking, gliding, waving, head isos and everything ..yeah ... all of those are part of popping ... but krumping isnt ...haha

Hey, dude, not to seem like an ass, but can you like make a boogin tutl. that just gives tips on putting moves together and using your whole body altogether, like an advanced tutl.? Cause it's so annoying how all the tutorials are just the basics. Good tutorial though.

u should make some vid about hitting too. i used to think it's simple but for many years i still cannot hit clean and strong like others, for example Nam Hyun Joon (i supposed u know this guy). his hitting is so perffect
