Yes, it is an issue. Technically you can't submit two forms with the same passport number, and when your application gets drawn, it will have the name of the University. You need to email the embassy and explain the situation.

VFS updates are for all categories except National Study Visa. You need to monitor e-konsulat for the national study visa appointment dates. Unfortunately, you need to check multiple times per day.

There's not much you can do, if your name comes up in the draw on Monday you will need to email them with your situation and then fill in a new form, and take that with you to the appointment.

Unfortunately, you have to abide by the rules and point number 9 in the checklist mentions all the documents which are acceptable. You can check if some bank will issue travellors checks in Afghanistan. You can visit ICICI, SBI and see if they can help you out.

To book an appointment for study Visa, it is e-konsulate only.

There is no role left for the agents. The process is to register via e-konsulat and then the embassy will allot you a date.

Try to do it quicker, send the error to the embassy ask for their solution.

DOCUMENTS CONFIRMING THE SUFFICIENT FINANCIAL MEANS (of applicant or sponsor) to cover costs of living (776 PLN/month of the intended stay) and return travel (2500 PLN) to the country of origin or residence. Attaching one OR more of the following documents is a mandatory: 9.1. Traveler’s cheque(s). 9.2. Certificate of the amount of the credit card limit issued by the bank (any bank located in India or Poland or another country is allowed). 9.3. A certificate of availability of money in a bank or a cooperative savings and loan association located in the territory of the Republic of Poland (it cannot be a bank located in India). 9.4. A document confirming granting of a national or foreign scholarship. In case of sponsorship: Notarized letter of sponsorship - it should be noted that the sponsors are required to cover all travel, living and accommodation expenses of the person applying for the visa 9.5. A certificate of employment with monthly salary statement or documents listed above points - 9.1 to 9.4.

You should try to get an appointment date via e-konsulat. If you don't get a date by 1st October, you'll need to apply for a refund from the University.

Better to opt for a public University, if you're set on private try SWPS or Koźmiński.

It is not worth to pay a single rupee for something you can do yourself. However, there is no booking through e-konsulate. As shown in the video you need to register and then the embassy will allot you a date.
