You really helped a lot ! Thank you for sharing your knowledge brother. I think people who own a pre facelift model w204 are very gratefull. Because I am!
It changed my life a few years ago. A NITE n DAY difference!! esp. for the older 70s and 80s jams, which typically have a lower recording. I can blast them now! This gadget was a godsend!!
Thanks! My w211 doesn't have included bluetooth like my dads w212. So I had to make use of the aux port. Now I've got a bluetooth receiver that goes into a noise isolator then AUX. The sound is great I can an EQ on my phone to tweak the sound however I like it, but the volume is exactly as described in this video, which is in essence lower than radio. I hope this will work, although I don't see why it wouldn't. Thanks for the detailed video!
Thank you soo much for this video. Was thinking about buying this exact product. Was only concerned about whether there any hissing if using the amplifier while having it on charge. Didn’t look like there was any here. Thanks!
Thanks for that info. I will get one soon. No doubt I will have that issue in my car. Have yet to hook up my iPod to the Aux port (it’s in my E500, which is currently in storage, about 150kms away!)
hey i purchased a sound blaster g6 its a dac just like this but more gaming type. it says it can produce 5.1 and 7.1 audio do you think it will work in any aux or just for gaming like ps5 and xbox?
So I have a jeep Cherokee 2020 music is very mid 🤦🏽♂️ when I have volume all the way up I can literally I can literally hear me talking to someone else then the speakers when the volume is high smh I wonder if this will work
Aux ro phone in my car its fine but in my lexus its horrible... but when i use this it allows me to not have to turn up the volume so high just to hear the music good.... like i said mainly for w204s with built in aux they tend to syruggle with the same issue..hence why i wanted to showcase this item and a few like it that can definitely help with that lack of volume issue
@@MIKEYZVLOGZ I tried that in engineering mode but the Aux option is just grey, i tried to disable Video aux in order to enable the audio aux but it didn't work, thanks anyway man, if you ever find an answer to this problem please let us know cuz many w204 owners have the same problem according to forums. thanks again for your reply.
Hello I have Mercedes w221 with low audio volume, how to connect this device permanently to my factory small Amp ? So it works with Aux and CD and all ?
@@MIKEYZVLOGZ there is two versions of w221 Amp the small and the big (HK) , i have the small one so i need to boost the sound , how to add this PreAmp with my factory Amp ?
i have a 12v cigarette port already in there so i just plug it into there, if you needed to route a wire into the glove box the best route would be under the glove box up the side and then through the aux port , for those who have a built in aux you can just run the wire directly under the glove box and it will go into the glove box.. you will see a spot where it just slides into the glove box, bottoom corner area ...hope this helps
it's factory ... via the multimedia input in glove box.. I have the extra for my factory radio where it has a multimedia port in glove box and u can use aux from that port MMI
@@MIKEYZVLOGZ I installed aux byself bypass to back car amplifier because mycar not have aux port so now problem is my phone output is only .3volt AC when i play 40hz bass tone, when i go back for check voltage there have less voltage from .3volt because wires are too long like 15feet, aux very low volume if compare to car cd player
@@hardeepsingh-is1pn yes that's very normal...aux is usaly very low for noise .. but that's prollo not right.. I'm not sure what the reading is but u need to check with a mercthat has aux in glove box... and see what the reading is ... mine is different
Wuzhi audio amplifier 50+50+100watt small amp i try before factory amplifier but that sound is very bad 0 number out of 100, that amp output arount 25volts at 40hz tone on full volume i need around 3-7volts output
It's annoying this is happening in modern cars. I'm having same issue in a 2017 Prius. I used a similar product from " topping" nx1s. Even with my sony walkman zx-500 the aux sucks without the extra help.
I know right? it's very annoying but thank fully there are these product to help compensate without having to swap out headunit... yes ive heard of the nx1s just as good but heard might be better
if u mean to listen through the mic of what ur recording it should.. basically it just helpsnto amplify the sound abit so u get more volume.. so it should work in most cases however there are going to be some cases where its not as affective but thats the nature of devices.
hey i have a problem with aux, here normal radio all fine, i use aux only musik is play in on the passengersite, and on driver site only quit in the top speaker any one can help ,me pls
@@MIKEYZVLOGZ only aux, the problem was even when the label was in it was not working cause it was blocked, so I took a other cable and it was working it was completely in. Both cables work in my other car
@@sweazzy8267 maybe the aux port is broken ..cuz wen there isnt a good connectio. spund only comes out of one side ... like of u use trrs onsyead of trs sound will be mono not stereo because of the pins not touching making dual channel stereo sound...does it also sound like when onky one side works only wen u dont plud aux cable in properly..does it sound like that abit
Yes u can device called bovee or tune2air.. Best part about this device is then apparently it does display the song title artist and all the information on your stereo system... even dewalt make one alot of cheap Generic ones out there... I personally have used the deWalt one and it works fine The only con about it would be that your not able to see the song titles been displayed however I'm sure some of them would probably do that I just haven't used any that has yet but yes the answer to your question yes you can use a Bluetooth 2 auxiliary and listen to music wirelessly that way... Just search for tune to Air or bovee in ebayn ull see
true.. but in retrospect it's a small little amp so can only really do so much..in ur case inwould get better speakers and a hard core amp and tune it how u want
@@MIKEYZVLOGZ I got a pioneer deck N i just put some jbl gx628 in the front n some 6.5 vibe audio in the back thats all i really need its loud enough its just when i put the bass up it sounds good on some songs n a small distortion on others My lil bro got a bunch of amps n some 10" kickers sitting in the garage n i got the cables running in the trunk from when when my brother had the car but don't need all that in a 2000 Toyota corolla with no tags n license 😝 But if i did want all that i would put 10" on a back board instead of the box its in taking up all that trunk space but i ain't trying to owe my brother if i get it took n all that extra bass is bad 4 you're health Im not young riding in a scrapper in the bay go'n dumb
@@MIKEYZVLOGZ got it yesterday n it reallly brings out the full potential of my phone's sound quality n effects my phone has in it installed already from the factory
yes it will work It's to basically boost the sound from any 3 point any 3.5 mmeter oak delivery reject output meaning meaning whatever device you're using to ever device you're using to listen to to using the 3.5 mill oxilla reject You plug this in between it and it will boost is net any will boost the sound
yes sure am in my lexus ...as my merc doesn't need it ...but definitely helps the lexus aux input ... helps to amplify the sound... where I don't need to turn it up to Max just to hear the music at a descent volume...
@@MIKEYZVLOGZ I don’t have the boost mode in my w204 I do have the full flipscreen ntg 4 system tough how can your aux sound be fine? My radio volume is much louder :(
well my aux is via the mmi multi media input ..its a different type of aux input ...that's why my volume is so much louder ... and I also have the boost mode..that's why I made this video because I know that for ppl who have the aux in the glove box fitted in the side wall ..its very low volume ... that's why u need something like this amplifier it will help alot ...and wen u goto vd or radio it won't be so loud !!!!
Guys, If you struggling with quiet AUX audio just buy BT Adapter, I've got TP-Link HA100 (cheap as F) and then you have BT audio via AUX with normal sound audio. Cheers!
