This would cost about $300-350. So I’ve been practicing this look on my own. It’s not as good as this but I’m pretty proud of what I accomplished. Thanks for the tutorial!

This is the exact technique I use to braid my hair. I'm not do good at parting the back of my head so I always go for the random picks which also adds more volume. Thanks for the video

I don’t know how much it would cost at the Solon but I’m going to get my daughter to do it for me and you sledge then braids you do sure a good job on your hair every time you post I’m on it I love the way you braid
I went and got the BTL braiding gel and did my box braids and I LOVED it! Go get it yall. I liked it better than the Shine and Jam Magic Fingers. My braids are still holding strong 4 weeks later and it helped me grip and make my braids neat. I normally do knotless braids on myself and this was my first time doing small box braids.
It’s lovely , I’m way to shy to show my DIY but wonderful job 🎉🇱🇨🇱🇨 I don’t or can’t take days to do my hair I move soo fast I did mine in 4 hurs . As we island girls we learn to do our hair at a young age it has help me save a lot that way .. Again lovely ❤❤

I always enjoy watching your braiding videos and have learned so much from you. I just finished my small braids, and I love 💖 them! Mine are 30 inches, roughly 130 braids and took me 3 1/2 days to do, but I did take breaks in between and even went out to Happy Hour🍸one of those days. 😂 And, you're right. It's so satisfying when you're done with that last braid! 😌 Will be leaving these babies in for at least 6-8 weeks! 🙃

@KarrillDaDiva Girl, yes I did go to HH head 1/2 done! 😂 I braided the perimeter of my head and left the center undone. I put it all up in a cute little bun. 😉
Good job, what do you prefer between the knottless braids and box braids since you have done both. Maybe you can do a video on the pros and cons of box styles

I part my hair in a slant when I'm doing my braids as well if I do the parts straight it will be so uneven on the top. When I have went to the African braiding spot a little over 3 years ago to get my hair in micro braids because I didn't have time to do it myself she charged me extra because she said my hair was too long and she charged me almost $200. So if I were to go get my hair done the way that you did will probably cost me a good $300 plus in Houston. Now I make time to do my own hair because she braided my hair way too tight around my edges and I had to take them out and rebooted them myself
Oh wow. That’s how I ended up doing my own hair too. I went to the Africans and they did it way too tight around the edges. I had to take them out within 4 days of getting them.
