The problem is that most people lost in the Matrix, want to be lost in the Matrix.

What Ralph explains is the reason I no longer use Facebook, Twitter etc, because I made the connection between my anger, grumpiness with using social media. When I stopped, I felt calmer, more content than I'd been in years. It was like being young again. I encourage others to the same, fill your time with hobbies, what interests you, crafts, handiwork, sport. You'll be better for it.

In the first Matrix movie, Neo bends the metal spoon, indicating he's in the matrix. In the second movie, when Neo is leaving Zion, he is given a wooden spoon, indicating that he's still in the Matrix. Just when you think youre out of the Matrix, you're really just in another layer of it.

I wish i learnt most of these principles about seven years ago. A lot of people have been trapped strongly in the matrix-- Go to school, get a job, and then slave your whole life. Many miss out on life-changing information that could have great effect on their finances. I played with the stock market sometime in 2020, and I was surprised at how well it turned out. I want to put in $90k more into the market. I heard people are making really great returns despite the downturn. Any recommendations?

Many people who think they are awake are truly NOT awake at all. The levels of depth to this place is really incredible. It would take lifetimes to gain any headway in understanding.

It's really not complicated. Just question everything and test reality. Just doing that will get you started down the right road. Don't let the Matrix enslave you, but be careful not to be enslaved by escapism either. Freedom is worth everything

As much as I hated not being exposed to consumerism when I was a child because my grandparents were Christian, It has helped me to be more liberated from all the distractions and see through the smoke and mirrors. Its truly wonderful.

No man is an island. You can obtain a sense of "inner peace" but you still must deal with, associate with, and have relationships with others that are deep, deep into the hole. That's the hard part...taking care of yourself is the easy part..."flowing" with others in personal relationships and business is a nightmare at least half the time and there's no getting away from that. You CANNOT live 100% alone nor can you selectively succeed with others even part of the time. It's tough...I just try to make each day a good one. We only have a limited amount of time so waste as little of it as possible.

Once I stared giving up my worldly desires and started building a relationship with GOD. I started seeing the world for what it truly is. How his design (nature) is so beautiful and complex. How everything is one with his light. Love this video 👏🏾

The first thing I do when I wake up is go outside for a long walk. I'm currently living right smack in the middle of Seoul (South Korea) and there isn't an awful lot of nature around, which means that I walk through the concrete jungle rather than nature. Still, at 5am, even Seoul is so quiet and peaceful. Cicadas recently woke up from their slumber, so I spend some time walking around listening to their singing before the rest of the city wakes up and their song is drowned out by the noise of cars. It's not much, but it's a wonderful way to clear out my mind and find peace. That together with the very first rays of sunshine as the sun rises is the perfect start to my day. I'm moving to Japan next week and will be living more in the countryside there so I will have better access to nature. I can't wait.

Knowing the truth is being out of the game. Knowing the truth and playing the game, give u advantege.

Actually this video is quite simple to listen to. He just want to explain and remind you that this world is an illusionary world where everyone stay in it cannot be forever and even if one is to come back to it the physical identity of one will always change. Once this is understood you just have to constantly remind yourself that this world is not real nor is it your true final resting place but there is no need to hate it. You can even enjoy it if you want. What is important is while you are here never forget who you really are and learn to chill and made your stay here enjoyable but don't get lost in the pleasures and illusions in it.

The allegory of Plato's Cave is not just about going to the surface once and staying there... you must travel back and forth, speak to those still in the cave, try to help them see, and in your continuous journey back and forth become more adjusted to more light each time you return to the surface. This is the cycle of anagogic self-trancendence.

This is one of the rawest most real perspectives of life of the man on the other side of divorce/ custody and having to lose being with your children every single day. Oscar, I’ve been watching you since the beginning and all I have to say is that im in Aw of the way you took care of yourself for yourself and your children. You healed instead of ignoring. This was such an inspiring video and you are going to do amazing things in life. Your children will look back as they get older and see just how strong their father is and how much he loves them. You would move mountains for your children and you’ve always shown that!

This is why I love hiking so much. It takes me away from the buildings, the car sounds. I'm able to listen to the birds, the animals scurrying around. Watch the trees, the mountains, etc. I need hiking to help me reset myself. Nature is such a good healer for the mind.

Yes, it's important to be aware of all of this. Though this thought, exclusively, can lead to its own separation. Spiritual ego can also be your downfall. It's good to remember that not all borders are artificially created, many exist for necessity, and not for the pure reason of external control, but naturally. It's possible to be the person who "breaks free" and loses connection. I've seen friends who realize that we are in fact one, "wake up", and they are left with nobody around them. They may consider themselves "enlightened", and find some peace, but they also experience an ironic loneliness, as they became misguided in their desire to break away, or exult their superior "frequency" so much that it became almost condescending in nature. If all my friends are at some arbitrary "frequency" number, and we can enjoy nature and being together, I would rather be at that number than with the self-appointed "woke" guru friend who is away from all other people because "all other people are trapped and asleep". At least, when I'm with my friends, I am connected to them.

Awareness by Osho is a great book about consciousness and being truly awake while living. It’s hard to do and is a practice that can be easily lost if it isn’t continuously practiced

I really loved everything he had to say,, the only thing I did not love was when he said nature aligns your chakras, the city doesn’t. That’s just another mind trap. A huge factor in getting my life back was deleting Facebook and instagram. I don’t even watch tv at all, I haven’t even seen any of the popular shows, stop caring about politics, and just started focusing on myself. It’s still a rough road trying to detox from all of that but my life is immensely better it’s not even funny.
