If you’ve been climbing or bouldering for a little while and you want to push your climbing to the next level, or you’re a beginner climber and want to build a foundation of good climbing techniques, this coaching session with Xian Goh may come in handy.
Hannah and special guest Xian, who you may recognise from her appearances on the Bouldering Bobat channel, spent a session at The Climbing Hangar in Reading, looking at how to improve climbing movement with technique drills through a full coaching session.
The aim of the coaching session was to build a toolkit for breaking a climbing plateau, as Hannah and lots of climbers find themselves in as they progress through their climbing life. I learned so much and I hope you do too.
