Priyanka Patwa how long your love bird eggs been hatch? if its been around three weeks and eggs are not fertile, throw them away. Dont let your bird incubating on rotten eggs wasting her time. are you sure you have a male and a female. Because female love birds will go through the mating ritual with each other and laid unfertilize eggs without a male. But if your birds are eating healthy, both are opposite sex, and around a year old, plus mating together. the only conlusions i could think of are....1- one or both of your birds are sterile....2- you might have two females....3- they might be too young. But i could be wrong. if this is their first time, eggs might not fertile. mine laid four eggs on her first time and none were fertile also until their second time. i hope this help you understand. if any more questions, feel free to ask anytime. well good luck if you happen to give them another try.

Get a suitable breeding pot or breeding box and replace the coconut with this pot/ box and transfer the eggs in to the box/pot. Ur love birds will start loving it and will go into it and start incubating the eggs. Note: Before transferring the eggs make sure that u have a appropriate nesting material filled in the box/cage

They can also become egg bound. It is very serious and can kill the female quickly if not identified.

@@daisylizbeth7716 well the next day after the incident they left the apartment I assume Its because of the cats they are receiving some complaints about their cats by entering their garden and breaking some plants, maybe a complain from my grandmother because their cats keep entering our house and almost killed my pet fish Eddie (Black Ghost Knife) luckily my grandmother saw him or her trying to get Eddie because of the splashing my grandmother notice it after that Eddie got a few scratches and his left fin was gone but after 1 month he recovered and now he is happy and he likes playing fetch with me

It means that they died right before they hatched. Happened to me today. If eggs show that they arent either orange or red then its dead or infertile

They have to feel comfortable to start breeding so I suggest to have a good bond with your lovebirds

Well dahil parehong babae yung lovebirds mo and yes 4 to 6 eggs lng ang kaya nila i lay or maybe more pero dahil ganyan karami yung itlog parehong babae yung ibon at lahat yun ay hindi mahahatch alam ko na 3 yrs pa to pero gusto ko sagutin ang tanong mo hehe

@@aquabanana my friend gave me that cat and told me he won't kill birds, I asked her to take the cat back long before this incident and she gave me this long speech about why I should keep him, to sell him I needed his pet passport which she had one but wouldn't give it to me, that cat killed two of my sparrows (which we kept away but he some how entered the room) and he almost killed the most loyal and loving rabbit I had, we sold the idiot and were so happy, his name was king but we changed it to gutter mcgarbbage edit: god i sound so so stupid in this, it was obviously not the cat's fault we weren't ready to have a cat at the time, specially because birds were kept in our house pretty often, right now, ive moved and we don't have birds since they all belonged to my cousin who lived with us, i now have another cat and i love her with my whole heart, i would kill for her

No matter what anyone says never keep cats with loose flying birds. Cats are predators and it is their nature to catch and kill small moving pray. Your friend didn’t do you any favors. You must insist she take the cat back or tell them they need to pay you for your dead birds. Not a very good friend

@@shannonspage9360 yea she literally told me not to sell him and if i had any problems with him to give him back to her but she just said "jUsT sHow hIm sOmE lOvE" which i understand because you need to earn a cats trust but he wasnt a fit for our household at the time, i explained the problems i had with him and it was only shortly after we adopted him from her, we ended up giving him to someone after it'd been long since we had him and i cut her off because she was toxic in other ways. all of this happened long ago, we moved and now we don't keep birds with us and we have another cat

Sometimes just because one is male and one is female doesn’t always mean they will pair together. They are normally social birds and will choose their own mates from pairing off groups. Once bonded they mate for life. If one mate dies the surviving mate will never reproduce with another bird again.

The nesting behavior is natural to them and it is something they will insist on doing themselves.
