Question. I’m starting a T shirt brand and I’ve handled the business aspect of things, LLC, wholesale license, etc. I ordered 100 shirts because my neighborhood be behind everything I do. I also set up a Shopify. What tactics did y’all use to manage inventory when selling to the community and online ?
All I ask is that these companies stay professional! I did a lot of business with onemission last year & at the beginning of this year I put in an order & it took a good 3-4 months before I even received my merchandise! And that was AFTER numerous attempts to reach to out asking about the status! Listen if if illness/biz issues...BE PROFESSIONAL ENOUGH TO LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW SOMETHING! It really turned me off of their brand!
This is so motivating and inspiring brothers ...peace love and blessings...y’all motivated me even more to start brand I had on the back burners for years GOD came back around and said go for it ...thank you guys both to much success @WRLDINVSN @ God Is Dope
Can somebody explain duplicate orders or missing batches. like how does that happen? Just because it’s so many orders? I’m creating my SOPs now I’m trying to learn from y’all mistakes. 😅
@@AkeemPierre I currently don’t have one and this is why I’m asking because this weekend I had a sale and had more orders than I’ve ever had at one time and I realized that even if it’s only 50 orders now and it’s just me that I still need to have a way to keep everything in order.
I’m a t shirt fanatic so I’m excited I discovered these companies & I’ve ordered a ton of merchandise from them all! As a customer i appreciate that they care enough to provide quality merchandise....but at affordable prices! That could change(most companies eventually jack up their prices)....but for now I’m appreciative!
You guys are very motivated and disciplined, you guys also invoke motivation into people including me and all I want to say is keep GOD first and continue going strong for yall brand. I've been inspired by you guys even tho I found out about the company not to long ago but just wanted to let yall know I started my brand December 2020 and now I take note and tips from you guys on growing it! 💪🏾💯
This too hard 💯💯. Basically , you start something , learn about & find out what can accelerate you , elevate you & make you different enough to stand out ‼️‼️. This whole interview is a GEM 💎
Hope to personally meet you guys in the future man, really appreciate all the value. I’ve been implementing it in my brand, so I thank you all. Many blessings to each of you 🤟🏽
First off congratulations on the brand & being able to make a living with your personal art. There’s no better feeling. Besides that at around 9:50 when the guy says 2.8-3Million a month a sales. Let’s be a little realistically here. 25-36 Million a year in revenue? RHUDE whose one of the most premier LA brand did an interview & he said in 2017 he hit 1 million in sales with 4 employees. In 2020 he said he hit about 18 million. This is a luxury LA global brand with people endorsing him like McLaren & Jay-Z. Don’t ever feel you need to blow up sales to define your success. Just be real with everything else in your brand & people will respect it.
Watching from South Africa and I must say this is truly inspiring, from someone who’s been running a lifestyle brand for the last 5 years I’ve just had that ‘uh huh! Moment and will apply that tomorrow man! Damn!
Y’all have inspired me sooo much and i am currently in the works of starting my own business and Ik this is a long shot but I would love for you guys to be my business mentors? Keep up the great work guys 👑
We love you so much in my family! My grown children started buying things for me now we're all running to the website before your sold out! Everywhere I go someone asks me! I feel like I ought to have some in my trunk. So I'ma need you to look out for my demographic! 55-65. Last time I ordered my order was cxld I assume you sold out before my order processed. I'm very proud and excited for you but I'ma need for you to make sure we get some too! All the best, Nana
i suggest focusin on one thing first. itll just make it easier on you in terms of brandin and things like that. but you do you, if you wna do both then you can do it but itll just be more challengin than takin it one at a time
Love both companies, my question is if you start price low on the shirt trying to prove, proof of concept, if they sell for $10 however do you increase the price to $25-$30. without the customer feeling like it's being overcharged or you being greedy?
Thank you for being an inspiration to people around the world! I enjoyed tuning in 🤗✨ I have a brand as well but I’m having trouble with Facebook ads. My ads have been block and I can’t figure out how to fix it. I’ve contacted Facebook to fix it but nothing has worked. If you guys are familiar with these kinds of issues, the topic of running Facebook ads would be very helpful. Thanks in advance 🙌🏾
