Yours is the sixth or seventh tutorial I've watched, plus a couple of Udemy courses. Your approach to setting up the stack and using a GatsbyJS starter repo worked without a lot of fuss. I hope you plan to create more tutorials like this!
Excellent presentation, from start to finish. This tutorial may understand even kids. Thx to you for your work, really amazing tutorial when i want to meet a JAMstack technology with Wordpress.
Good video. Question. Wouldn't there be SEO issues between the WP builds and the Gatsby Cloud builds? In order for me to have WP, I need to have a domain, right? So, i'll be paying two domain names. One for the hosting provider in WordPress and one to Gatsby. So, I'll want google crawlers to crawl Gatsby's, of course. Wouldn't they find duplicate content then? You clicked on Publish. That publishes the content on the internet. Or wasn't it better to preview the build so gatsby can call the api and post it?
Hey, I am waiting for this kind of tutorial from a long time. Can you make wordpress as cms and gatsby for Frontend like this but also woocommerce functionality. Also how to use the same backend and use it for apps made with react native. So finally one cms and web ui is gatsby and application is react native. Please I request you to consider this. Edit: Instead of gatsby NextJs is also fine.
Using a subdomain for your headless WordPress CMS setup is a better option than purchasing a new domain. This way, you can save money by using your existing domain
so headless Wordpress require 2 domain names, one for wordpress, another for gatsby front-end part? Is it possible to manage the website like normal Wordpress with one 1URL? For example, type in /wp-admin in gatsby url to manage WP.
