Hi Sharon! Thanks for the video. I’m curious if you think Jotform is good for our application - I am trying to design a system where we enter the customer info (or bring it in from a CRM), choose forms within the system that are needed, then have the system pre-populate the forms with the customer info. In addition, on the forms - can we create a check list of addendum inserts that once checked can be inserted into one of the forms? Thank you so much. If Jotform isn’t the right platform - have you worked with any others I should look at?? Tina

Hi Shad - when you are logged into Jotform, at the very top left next to the Jotform logo, do you see "My Forms" with a little circle arrow? If you have that, click on the circle arrow to make the menu appear and click on "My Apps" - you should also see My Tables, My Reports, My Approvals, and the new My Sign Documents. You should also be able to get to My Apps from the "Products" menu drop down at the very top banner area. Please let me know if you don't see these options and I'll try and put you in touch with Jotform to help. You should be able to access everything with a free account. Thanks for watching my videos!

Hello, I searched the JotForm support for this information and here was their response: "Unfortunately, it is not possible to inject any script codes into the text field. We do not allow it anymore for security reasons. You can only achieve that when you take and edit your form's source code. Your "My Apps" embed code only offers iFrame. This means you can use the iFrame embed widget to show the ads on your page as well." You may be able to reach out to them directly for more information. I hope this helps! I just tried to use this and I accidentally hit the back button to many times and it deleted EVERYTHING not once not twice but 10 times! If you forget and only click your mouse once and hit the back button its all gone! Hours of work!

Anyone tell me whether Jotform Apps allows information to be stored in and retrieved from a database ?

Hello, Yes! All data is stored securely in the App creator's Jotform account and can be easily accessed and managed via Jotform Tables. Just click on your App's "Submissions" from your My Apps home screen, and you'll be taken directly to it. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!

Hello! Jotform apps can be downloaded for people to use directly on their device, with or without an internet connection -- any submitted data won't be uploaded/synced until an internet connection is restored, though. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching!

Hello - JotForm has a free option as well as paid plans. Here is my affiliate link that takes you to their pricing page: www.jotform.com/pricing/?
