This is great as always Brendan. Any ideas on how we can utilise the URL of the image? Is there away to show the image of the product within the chat to make the user experience more compelling?
Would probably be best to prompt the response to be structured in a certain way, then use some javascript to create variables for name, price, image - That way you can use the variables in a Voiceflow carousel.
Hi Brendan. I want your honest opinion. How big of a value can an AI chatbot provide for an industry like Apparell in helping customer service teams? After reviewing hundreds of stores I realized that most already have some automated solution that works just fine if not even better. I struggle to understand the value of such a case. Ok, let's say we add a recommendation or semantic search inside chat as an add-on to make the agent smarter. How many customers will search for products in such a way? 1-X%? I see the value of such chatbots in stores that do not have automated solutions - just a contact form. Otherwise, I don't get it. The biggest value of AI chatbots I could see using internally for teams that have lots of data.
There's definitely value for stores to have these systems, apparel may be more difficult since the products are more visual based and not practically based. We've built recommendation systems for clients with technical products, ones where customers are really unsure which product they need. Internal bots for data analysis can be really helpful for teams that work with data everyday, being able to retreive new sets of data and data view points instantly is super valuable. It's all about positioning your offer to target specific needs and solve specific tasks.
Would probably be best to prompt the response to be structured in a certain way, then use some javascript to create variables for name, price, image - That way you can use the variables in a Voiceflow carousel.
So just to clarify, if the csv gets updated it automatically gets updated in the knowledge base too? Or do I have to re-upload the updated csv every time?
Please make a detailed video on e-commerce recommendation chatbot using this vector shift and Voiceflow. Your previous video with Airtable formula product recommendation chatbot is not so smart and practically useful! Please... And thanks a lot ❤
Airtable is just the database. If you want to make it smarter, you have to do it in Voiceflow. Even with Airtable you can create a very smart product recommendation chatbot. You should change the Airtable database in a way that you can add natural keywords to the products. You should also change the set AI prompt in Voiceflow to capture the input of the user in a more natural way. Do this correctly and you have a powerful and correct product recommendation system - I hope this will help you out a bit
@@Blockje thanks buddy! ❤️ Actually I understand what you mentioned. But since vector shift can do airtable integration with it, I think it's possible to do better with it.
