It's a tutorial bro. There are just two differents between a block by block tutorial and "guide" one. Not sure how to call it lol But a tutorial like this is something you don't try to copy exactly, it should just give you a vision on how it could look. Perhaps this tutorials are more usefull in my opinion. You won't really learn much by direct copying, better than nothing, but the same goes for art (for example drawing). And even if you don't really want to improve your building skills, you still shouldn't copy someones build 1:1. By doing this you will end up with a world of random build styles which looks like a total mess. This also applies even if you just copy the builds of a single person, because you will be bounded to him and if you ever want to add something to your world, you'll have to wait until this person does it
