I don't mean to criticize, but for educational purposes only.... Resistors aren't ever polarized. The lines are color codes to depict the resistor value. Brown = 1. Then black = 0. So 10. Then orange means 3 zeros. (Brown,Black,Orange = 10,000) Then Gold = 5% tolerance. 10K +/-5% Sounds like you're installing a pull-down resistor. To make sure the smartaudio lows are close to zero volts. otherwise they'd be floating and the VTX wouldn't be able to tell a 1 from a 0.
@Tyler Elliott WHYYY... Don't tell him... I had a good and honest laugh and he wasn't hurting the resistors feelings by saying it had a negative end to it :-) NURK is SOoo cool that small imperfections like this just makes him human and even more cool!
@@lanedaplane9325 Put a tun of flux on them, and just heat it up, they will want to be on the metal. You can use lumeniere pads in between so you can test for a short (after you hook up motors, you will ALWAYS show short) but you can test the pads before. I tend to put solder on the pads, the amount I want, then test them all. Then soak in flux/rosin. Then just set the wire on the solder and heat it till it softens. The point to my rambling is just heat the solder up and pull it off when you ahve the right amount, with flux, itll go back to where it belongs.
Ordered mine from FPVCrate and I can't wait to build this thing! Also really appreciate you building this, I'm new to the hobby and this helps so much!
Love my Tinytrainer. For the camera mount put the standoffs in the mount first then place it and put the bottom screws in. Also I used the same VTX and Smart Audio works with no resistor.
14:19 Damn dude, I thought my cat was calling me to issue new orders. Good thing I played it back first and realized it was your cat. I could have got in big trouble if I disturbed his nap.
Damn printing those TPU battery holder things must be a pain in the ass. I can't believe they don't have problems with the layers comes apart in mass production.
Awesome build. I think I need one of these Bad Azz TiniTrainers for wall art at the least! So I guess I'll have to get 2 because I know I'll want to rip it too much!
Damn..Nurk if you see this can you please tell GET FPV to send out the pre orders for the tiny trainer. Or at least email people with an update on when they will be shipped. I ordered mine some time ago. Thank you🙏👽🙏
Question. I have the eachine and atomrc fpv drone and was wondering if I crashed and had to replace one of the motors which motor would I replace it with. I have searched the internet and can not find the original (ATOMRC 2004 2700kv) The closest is geprc 2004 2550kv or beta fpv 2004 3000kv. This would mean replacing all four if one was broken. Please advise on your recommendation. Enjoy your you tube videos very helpful. Keep up the good content.
I went with the Airblade Dark Knight motors... only issue I had was the included motor screws were way too long, luckily I had a ton of M2x4 screws, those worked great
I have the tiny trainer and was wondering if you have any recommended aio fc options instead of the betafpv that is recommended by five33? I am not having any luck with the betafpv board
is there an Update to the Tiny Trainer Builds? mine came with the V4 FC and the connections for the Receiver is a plug. and it say to use the plug to aviod extra soldering. the Problem is the plug is in the way of the from Standoff and the camera cannot be installed with the plug being used. so I dont know where to connect my Receiver now
I followed your build but for some reason I’m having problems with the smart audio. I used the 10k resister but in the vtx video feed I see the numbers going up and down from 0-10. Is there something I’m missing?
Just started my build a few hours ago, went with the Airblade Dark Knight motors and JHEMCU flight controller. But where is your dump? Couldn't find it in the comments...
good morning nurk fpv i am your italian fan i wanted to congratulate you for the videos you make are very beautiful !!!! while I am contacting you I want to ask you what are those small bent steel pliers you use to weld the wires (not the ones to be cut) or if you know where to buy them? I like them very much and keep it up
