I really like your tone in these fuss-free tutorial videos. I hope you will continue this tutorial all the way since there will always be new things in the game to talk about. Including how to complete certain aspirations, etc.
building modern homes (and any other homes) would be easier if we could change the wall thickness and change the height of the tiles without changing the entire rooms height.
@@Montisaquadeis platforms affect lighting, I tried using them for decorative elements in rooms and finally gave up .. I like to play in the houses I build and "wrong" lighting isn't tolerable to me 😅
my biggest issue is aaalways landscpaing, especially in modern builds. maybe you could do more landscaping tutorials? that would be really helpful and greatly appreciated
I don't know if you'll see this, but I just wanted to say thank you for your videos. I'm new to Sims 4 and have fallen in love with building. I've been binging some of your videos and they're really inspiring, they're easy to fall along with rather than those "watch me build a house in 4x speed" videos. I enjoy your enthusiasm and humor ❤️❤️❤️
I actually found this really helpful. I already have a pretty good handle on building in The Sims 4, but I could always use some pointers and this was really good for me. I think I'll build something modern on my livestream tonight.
I really like this build, but your 'tutorial' was the best part. I appreciated how you explain the concepts. I have trouble putting things in words a lot of times.
I'm so happy you started making more tutorials!! I've been watching your builds for a long time and always thought it would be so cool for you to teach all your tricks and secrets. I'm definitely gonna apply everything I've learnt from you.
I am honestly just mindblown by your talent. You're building this so fast, and I really hope I can be as talented at it as you some day, thank you so much for the tutorial!
Really liking the building tutorials, I use to build a lot years ago when I had TS3 but in TS4 I'm lazy and just download from the gallery but I'm inspired to build my own modern homes.
wow, thank's Deli! I'm by no means a beginner builder but your tips on how to approach modern builds are really helpful! I really liked the in-set window idea! its so simple but looks so good!!!
I just want to say thank you and I really appreciate these videos because they teach me a lot and makes me want to build more. It also makes me see house design in a different way when visiting friends and family 😂
This is very pretty Deli .... I am a fan of Modern builds as long as they are not way over the top.... my first tiny home I build was a modern build....felt pretty good about it... :D ...
Deli....Thank you for simplifying one aspect of the homebuilding process in the sims...I don't know why we can't build what we want and use any pack we want on the ps4...but the base game doesn't play well and I 've downloaded all these packs to the console... I just threw away money to EA....Anyway thanks Deli... You're a favorite of mine!
Great house and tutorial Deli :D monochrome can also apply to each colour of the colour wheel, for example you choose green and your room can be a mix of shades tints and tones of it :)

Wish I could've seen this video when I started playing 4 years ago 😪 I literally only built a box for my first house... that's it. No roof. No windows. No exterior wallpaper. I was so proud of it 😭🤣
i’ve never known how to make the camera go that low and be able to move the camera/view angle in build mode. i’ve tried googling it but i can’t find any answers
If you go to the 3 dots in the corner then settings and then go through them there os a setting where you Can click sims 3 camera and that should be the one😊
What do u think is the best computer for sims 4 Im looking at getting an upgrade from my Mac maybe going back to PC as I've heard it's better for gaming.
Thanks a lot! This helped me really good. The only problem I had is sometime you zoomed it a little to much, so I couldn’t see what you clicked on but other than that I love the results I had!
