My total budget is 31k to 32k for a gaming pc. I all ready have Mouse,monitor, speakers and keyboard. My needs are constant 60 fps in modern games (AAA titles) and a decent fast pc. Please suggest me components accordingly.

I would like to tell you that there is a differene between FPS ans Hz. The refresh rate (Hz) of your monitor does not affect the frame rate (FPS) your GPU will be outputting. However, if your FPS is higher than your refresh rate, your display will not be able to display all of the frames your computer is producing, so although the refresh rate doesn’t technically limit the frame rate, it does effectively set a limit to fps.

17:10 IG bhai you should correct your statement here, even for gaming these days, there are gaming titles which are cpu bound and rely on more cores and threads(multithreaded) to deliver a good gaming performance. So depending upon the titles you play you should consider the budget of your CPU. Many games are cpu bound like Bf5, Assassin creed origins/Odessey, BF1,and most of the modern open world games.

4K pe gaming karna mere hisab se feasible nahi hai utna since mostly log 2K pe gaming karinge because uspe frames or refresh rate comparable hai but 4k pe gaming 60Hz pe hi hogi since koi bhi 40 45 hazar ke upar budget nahi rakhega, or uspe ek decent 4K with 100 Hz refresh rate milna thoda mushkil hai………………… or mostly jo TN panel waley monitors aate hai unka Colour accuracy utna acha nahi hota side se dekhne par ya ek considerable distance se dekhne pe for instace tum bed pe baith ke movie dekh rahe ho uss monitor pe toh colour accuracy bohot kam hojayegi………………………… mere hisab se sweet spot hoga VA panel wale monitors best budget option hai, or agar IPS pe jana chaho toh usmein fir response rate mein negotiate karna hoga because IPS monitor as low as 5 ms tak hi ja sakte hai because they need to maintain a comparably high colour accuracy or doosra point aata hai or kuch log HDR ke bade fan hote hai hamko toh movie watching ke liye HDR hi chahiye toh HDR ke liye minimum brightness 400nits ya fir 400cd/m^2 hona chahiye tab HDR feasible hai isse low pe HDR utna kuch effect nahi karta……………….
