In this video I show you how to turn a PC power supply into a non-overheating 12V power supply! It shouldn't overheat because most to all PC power supplies have a fan to cool the circuits inside of them! This is also the first video where I am including a second angle!
Thanks for watching!

While you know what you are doing, please, please, remember to turn off and discharge the device while working on it. I know you made it clear to others that they should do so, and I absolutely agree it is a necessary step, you started working on it running (10 minute mark, kudos to you, you did remember to turn it off after a few moments) you didn't discharge the power supply, meaning any voltage left in the capacitors could still come through and cause itself, or more importantly, you, some serious harm.

Yeah, I realized that while I was editing (whoops). I can say from experience getting zapped by a powersupply is so much worse than a taser

Also, as for charging, especially cells of unknown quality. (Yours are most likely of known quality, but anyone following this as a tutorial, especially) PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CHARGING BATTERIES UNATTENDED. If they are damaged, they can, and very well might produce sparks and possibly even fire, which, especially with Lithium batteries are exceptionally hard to put out. This is why you are recommended to either leave this to professionals, or at least have suitable precautions for fire/hazard containment.
