I definitely agree on quality part. The day we only accept quality products, albeit with 20-30% higher initial cost. Is the day when we will see the rise in high paying jobs and improve quality of life for everyone involved. If we buy bad quality chapri product, it's a lose-lose for every one: 1. You get bad quality product which results in miserable experience in life and you buy it again when it goes faulty or you keep using it with limited functionality. 2. Seller had little margins because it was a cheap product. 3. Seller business and dependent businesses can't pay good wages to their employees because their products don't make high enough profits. 4. Economy is hurt because bad quality products hurt a person's productivity directly or indirectly. 5. People eventually get used to bad quality cheap products and that becomes the standard or "norm", which has happened in socialist India since 50s Only short term advantage is that poor people get to buy the product.
@sushmitaupadhya5583
@sushmitaupadhya5583 8 дней назад
And another advantage is that consumerism prevails. You will end up repeatedly buying the same thing every few months or years. This is best known in the mobile phone industry where the quality has intentionally been made worse so that people are forced to buy new phones every 2-3 years.
@sanjayshah7776
@sanjayshah7776 8 дней назад
Strong vigilant enforcement of high quality standards is needed - The government need an organisation, that people need to register with when constructing buildings. This organisation checks quality of materials used and construction quality

First time when I went to Mumbai 15 years back and got to know that even 1 BHK flat costs a few crores shocked me back then. And now buying a flat anywhere is costly and still there is such high demand that getting one in a position of choice is getting tough. And whats funny is that still there are people around who have doubts about increasing buying power of our population and the general economic growth.

Marvelous masterpiece. So many life lessons such as quality is cheap statement. My vision - People should spend more on think school (free today 😀) than a college education (only Cherry on college education is they give a certificate which only makes you unemployed and they ultimately get a job using the wit they developed watching free think school podcast 😀). Great job Ganesh again. TBH 28 years ago chasing the American dream migrated to USA and eventually became a citizen here but if I had to go back in life 28 years ago I would have done exactly what you are doing. One of the only hidden side i saw in my dad is - he was damn professional. Very accurate and no compromise on his work where no one can comment his work or his knowledge in work is bad or mediocre. Even my cousins at this gen were flawed and par quality on work identified by my dad. He always saud his business side is terrible which i doubt as a reason to hide his wealth. But its hard to accept that any one i interacted spoke so highly of him. Except him so i m pretty sure either his venture corbell was successful coz the cruel part and psyche in him to cobtrol my life and monitor 24*7 surely tells he isnt innocent and naive as he Portrayed the image. So his shrwer and evil part he showed on my life + his work ethic and professionalism surely support my assumption.

Make a video on why doing mbbs is so expensive in india that 23000 students go to china and 20000 to to ukraine and many other in russia or othwr countries. Isn't it collosal loss to indias economy? If we built such a large capacity then many indian will get job opportunities to become teacher of mbbs, and other many indirect jobs will be created to cater it.

@rohitroll2119 unfortunately, India needs a lot more number of doctors. If you feel that only the best can become doctors, then what's the use of professors or colleges? Best students will shine despite poor guidance.

@@rishi_d_mango No it doesn't. Look at WHO patient to doctor ratio. In south India we already have crossed it and have excess supply. In North India we will reach adequate levels in a couple of years. Supply is way higher than demand at the moment in all cities.

Our building chennai oragadam total flop in structure and promises and maintenance and everything. We did a blunder thing to purchase to bought a house when we were in Dubai. Without enquiring about that place we did that. Today like us spent in crores to bought the house but today the value reduce at least 50%. Definitely we will spread to entire world especially in Dubai and Singapore.

When he mentioned 'concrete roads in his community,' can you delve deeper into that achievement? Specifically, how did he manage to accomplish this? What was his thought process and planning behind the project? how did he handle the financial aspects-what strategies did he use to offset the costs? Did he face any challenges, and if so, how did he overcome them? Let’s get to the root of why he does what he does !

When he spoke about The builder must be punished if they heat the customer, my heart bled. My parents were cheated by a builder of an amount more than 10 lakhs and the Terrace started leaking merely after 4-5 years. Still paying the loan! Damn. This podcast❤️🙏🏻. Learnt few epic lessons about work ethics.

Ganesh this episode had good info but it seems to be incomplete. I respect you a lot as you are getting access and talking to people from everyone can learn. At places in the video I saw a. Either you were not prepared (referring to notes, you have set some high standards for yourself ) b. The ending was abrupt In editing these things could have been managed
