Great video but you might try rerecording the narrative in a soundproof room OR while sitting in a well built car in the middle of a deserted parking lot. Seriously, it makes a great recording chamber with nothing more than a laptop and a $19 mic with a 'pop' shield. Nice product demo though.
How would this handle hurricanes, tornado's, flooding? I'm interested in something like this simply to avoid termites but the rest would be great to know about.
Because the nodes in lightweight steel structures are formed with screws that can carry up to 1,3 tones and are much stronger compared to the ones in timber structures the possibility to resist near a hurricane are much higher.
Hello, yes, you can use whatever semi-rigid insulation you wish for walls as long as the structure is covered by an OSB or cement board on the exterior. 🤝

@Unic Rotarex OSB = Oriented Strand Board. Arguably the most common sheathing material here in USA. But while we frame the house in 2×4 studs, at least in Europe they use steel studs.
