How to Build Adjustable Height Awning for Overland Camping Trailer 

Personally I would have requested some gas struts be added to make raising the whole rig a bit easier. This config is a fine if youre perfectly fit and tall enough; but once you start getting older or more out of shape; you'll be glad for the help.

Man, I wish I had found this video during my build. I am not a welder, and do not favor taking a chance of burning my place to the ground - LOL, so I bolted everything together. I wanted to keep my trailer fully functional as a trailer, as well as adventure, fishing, kayaking, camping, etc., trailer. This has given me some ideas and inspiration to upgrade my build. Way overbuilt and super heavy. Why not do in aluminum?
